Not great for climbing
I saw a few climbing youtubers try this, so thought i'd give it a go. In terms of grip enhancment its better the bare hands but maybe on par with the cheapest of cheap chalk. You know if you forget your chalk bag and have to hire one from the climbing wall, its like that. The main idea of this is that its a once per session use. After a few climbs the grip was better than bare hands but I started chalking up on top of it as i felt impaired. After 30 mins my finger tips felt bare and sweaty. It was fun to try one bottle, but i won't be going back for more. I would imagine its good for racquet/bat/club sports. But I'd question its use for weights and especially climbing. My bottle was nearly full. You only need a tiny amount and you can't feel or see it in your hands, so its really hard to judge. I would put it on over a surface so you catch all the bits that fall off you hands and then you can rub your hands over the surface to mop all the stray bits
