Bad cord Good camera
Waited for this cord and upon getting it I had to ziptie it around the camera for it to get a solid connection. After about 2 weeks it didn't even matter anymore and I couldn't get any connection. The good is that the vendor reached out to me, was really easy to work with, and is sending me a new camera and obd cord. Besides that I have enjoyed the product. It is the best bang for your buck. The 5 star rating is soley for the customer service I received. The cord would be 1 stars not working after paying for it and delaying install of my camera and all is functions. If I received it and it worked properly it would be 5 stars no questions asked.

Does not stay on while parked.
Its works but does not stay on while parked or engine is off. As what they posted.

wrong part for dash cam and sold as a bundle
Sold as part of a bundle it is a mini usb and the the dash cam is usb c, now I have do the job twice as I wait for a new power supply.

Azdome app on iPhone 13Pro connects with wifi to dash cam but fails to add the dash cam. Useless!
The M550 Max dash cam model's hardware seems to have good hardware, installation not too difficult, but problem centers around the Azdome app not being able to add my dash cam device to it via the wifi connection. Wifi connection was ok, but within the app, the dash cam device for some reason could not be added. The Azdome software and iPhone IOS are latest version. Was not able to test the dash cam on open road driving conditions, but recording onto my micro SD appeared to work. I just couldn't use the wifi feature to display those MP4 files directly on my iPhone.

Better buy two, cause it wont last
Worked ok for about 6 months,, now it makes my dashcam turn on off repeatedly.

Product did not work!
After a few weeks of having this item I finally found the time to install it on my dash cam. It seemed to work at first connection so I decided to complete the tedious task of installing it (Definitely not an easy task) however, once installed and left overnight the connection seems to not be fully functioning. The camera does not stay on and when attempted to disconnect and reconnect I get power for only a few seconds. Came into try and return it but my window to return is no longer available! Waste of my money, definitely would NOT RECOMMEND!

This device does not work properly. At times it shuts off automatically while driving, and worse, it drains the 12V battery completely overnight. I reached out for support but received no real help. Very disappointing experience.
