I'm taking some meds that needs to be refrigerated and this thing does the job on the go, i love it. Its easy to carry around and keeps my meds cool

This is a wonderful product! I don't use it for its intended use but for my lunch.... its just a very small sand which or some frozen soup in a baggie or chili, but it actually kept it cold and partially frozen for the 1.5 hrs I needed it too and the ice packs were still frozen when i opened it. I had no issues with leaking or condensation. and it attaches to my sling bag perfectly!

The product is well made, just not enough room for the supplies I need.

Perfect to hold my insulin while I work. I wrap the freezer packs in a washcloth, so it won't freeze my insulin. Works great and enough room for some supplies. Also has attachments to put around my purse strap. Makes it bulky, but I don't have to carry two things separately!

This is a really nice case if you have to travel with medicine that has to be kept cool. Little ice packs work great

This was supposed to include 2 ice packs but didn't. If that were the only issue, I imagine I could have gotten the ice packs sent out separately but the fact is that this bag has 1 zippered pocket on one side and a couple elastic straps on the other side and that's it. In the video that is part of the item description, it shows the ice packs being inserted on each side and then insulin pens and needles all being stowed as well but there is literally no way to do that. There are a ton of these kind of bags and I chose this one primarily because it has straps on the outside so you can attach it to another bag, which I thought made sense so you are more likely to see it and remember to put away your insulin when you arrive at your destination. And this does have those straps. but there is simply no way this works to effectively store ice and insulin and needles and while I only paid $7 for it, it's literally worthless.
