Love it! Pretty easy to set up and figure out Videos help a lot with installation. It comes with the ability to extend to be longer if you need that for your door. I applied I to my apartment door and am so pleased. I have not set up fingerprint because I wasn’t comfortable giving up my prints but I use the plastic pass or the key it looks so sleek and professional the lock works well after batteries are put in and it tells you in the app the strength of your batteries! So you know when to change

Great lock and customer support has been amazing!
So far we love the lock. Clean lines and looks great on our door. While setting up we need some support. I called the number on the paperwork and Aaron answered within 2 minutes and helped us solve our issue within minutes. I am super impressed.
