Has worked great for me.
I am slight in stature at 5'3", so I do wish this had a longer reach. However, with too long of a reach it would need more suction power. Maybe half the length of one tube. Anyway, I have captured spiders - easier if not near web. Suction is not strong enough to capture sticky web. If it was, tubing would need cleaning ... yucky. I caught traveling near something; an easy catch. Neighbors have complained increase in roaches this year. I had spotted one on outside patio a time or two. Then one day in our house. eek! That's what prompted this purchase. Tired of the smelly sprays that give me a headache. A large one on the wall at the ceiling joint. Got the DEBUGGER, stood on tip-toes and stretched as far as I could. Gotcha! ** Keep the button pressed for vacuum to keep bug from crawling out before you can snap the trap door. Great addition. Then change to blower and into the 'bowl' it went. The DEBUGGER doesn't kill bugs. It helps you trap them from a distance. You can set them free in your garden, etc. or the yard waste bin, or down the toilet.

Humane way to escort bugs out of the hi
Best money I’ve ever spent! Catches small to medium sized bugs and spiders. A little more difficult to catch the dreaded and speedy palmetto bugs in AZ (IYKYK). This is the most humane way to catch spiders that aren’t harmful to humans and release them outdoors (see pic with a baby crab spider, easily 2-3 inches from toe to toe.

Broke quickly
The device has one button to turn the bug catcher on and off. We used the device three times, and the button broke. The bug catcher turns on, but not off.

Spiders can easily hang on to the end and not go in the tube.
Doesnt really quite catch spiders very well. I have found that most spiders tend to cling onto the end and not go down into the tub. Works well on bugs that cant hang on though.

Excellent
The second I walked in the door, package in hand, I was able to put this to use. There was a small flying insect on the wall and all I had to do was open the package, put the tubes on and suck up the bug. Safely delivered it outside and that was the end! I don't think it's strong enough to get big bugs or more robust spiders or flies that are impossible to hit anyway, but it can definitely do a variety of other bugs.

Great item, serves its purpose well!
This item works well, and makes me much more brave when I encounter spiders or bugs in my natural habitat. I have picked up bees, spiders, earwigs, and small beetles. I haven’t encountered any big bugs yet, but now I feel prepared should that happen.. Insects stay trapped inside the little compartmentuntil I can dispose of them in outdoors. I hate squishing big bugs and this solves the problem for me. Really happy that I don’t have to get too close to the offending insect in order to capture it, .I may get another one because the only problem I have encountered is that sometimes by the time I go to get the tool the little insect, having read my mind, scurries away before I return. The battery life lasts forever. I’ve had it for months. Use it maybe once a week and have not had to recharge it yet.

Never Recharged
This device works precisely as advertised -- until it doesn't. It came with a strong initial charge which lasted long enough to allow roughly ten tours of the house, sucking up around ten spiders a shot. The release mechanism works great, and watching it shoot spiders out like some kind of shotgun of doom was a hoot. I then tried to recharge it using the provided cable. FAIL. If you want a spider sucker that is essentially single-use, this is a good one. If you want one that you can use for more than a few days before it is trash, you may want to look for a different one. It's kind of like fireworks -- a lot of fun that's over far too quickly.

Excellent bug catcher. Better than leaving a mess by swatting
Works well!

This hoover will be your best friend if you're scared of spiders/bugs. I fortunately haven't had the chance to use it yet! However the suction seems good! It's sturdy and pretty lengthy. In terms of noise it just sounds like a standard hand hoover. I'm not too sure on the opening as it seems to flap in the way which could make accuracy a bit harder. You'd also have to use your hand to close it which if you're petrified might make you anxious. It seems like it would be very effective and safe for the spider. 9 times out of 10 you probably wouldn't need the blower part but if you do it's easy to switch over without anything escaping. The light feature is handy too. I wish I could've done a review after I'd had chance to use it but who knows maybe I can edit this one! Very happy with my purchase, I feel a lot safer knowing I have a way to get rid of spiders!

Aucune force d'aspiration. A titre d'exemple, ne parvient pas à aspirer mes cheveux. Retour accepté mais à nos frais. Quelle arnaque ! À ce jour je ne sais même pas s'ils vont me rembourser, je ne trouve l'information nulle part.

Works really well. Whilst I cannot abide spiders, I could never kill them. This machine captures them gently then you can release them very easily. Saves on batteries and will be easy to take away (I cannot go anywhere without one!). Had an accident with my previous one, purchased a long time ago, but it wasn't as good as this. I would definitely recommend this product.

This worked on initial charge : used it 3-4 times brilliant . Then recharged and since then it has been faulty . Starts without pressing the button . Suction rubbish ( 2 huge escapees ) and motor won’t stop when you release pressure on the button . Now it has gone past the return date of course !! A waste of £30 :-(

I've previously bought a rival brand of spider catcher and I've been pretty happy with their performance and functionality - I keep one upstairs, one downstairs and have even bought them for friends! However, I recently broke one of them while 'manually ejecting' a spider - when I removed the cap from the end of the collection tube and swung my arm to generate the centrifugal force required to shift the little blighter, the handle casing came apart and the top section of the handle flung across the road, taking the collection tube with it and shattering the end. Seeing that this alternative model utilises the fan to blow bugs back out the same way they came in, and so seems prevent my recent mishap from reoccurring, I was intrigued enough to invest. Pros: Rechargeable battery - The rechargeable nature of the battery contained in the unit is a definite plus. I can keep it topped up so I can maintain the highest level of suction possible with the unit. This compares favourably to the rivals which use a square 9V battery. I find the batteries maintain peak suction for a while but then slowly drain and before you know it, it's sucking as well anymore - something age will do to you I guess. Blows as well as sucks - The fact that you can switch the collection tube to the exhaust port and fire out whatever you caught without flinging the thing around like an Olympic discus thrower winding up for a record attempt is certainly a plus - poke the end of the window & blow and you're all done. Bugs are intentionally stopped half way - The Plastic 'filter' contained within the tube connector (that isn't clearly visible from product images so you can't really see it's there, making you wonder how the thing prevents bugs being sucked into the fan / escaping out the open end while you switch the tube from the suck nozzle to the blow one) means bugs stop half way down the tube and aren't launched all the way down to the end, within centimetres of your hand. Cons / areas for future improvement: Lower suction in comparison to rivals - Although you can maintain maximum suction by keeping the rechargeable battery topped up, the overall power is lacking compared to rival versions when they've got a fresh 9V battery installed. I've easily caught plenty of smaller spiders with this rechargeable version, but larger ones had to be 'pinned' up against the wall in order to be captured - the 9V version would still suck in big ones from a bit of a distance or without the capture tube needing to be perpendicular to the wall. I've yet to suffer 'the one that got away', but higher suction would definitely be an improvement. LED light - While it sounds like it could be useful in theory, it's not effective in reality. The light on the handle does illuminate the area when you're at a distance, but because the suction booster nozzle is opaque and also tapered, it casts a shadow on the very thing you want to see clearly as you move in for the capture. The light could be useful if you're not using the nozzle (as the capture tube itself is transparent) but the nozzle is usually needed as it increases the speed of the air at the end of the capture tube and makes up a little for the lower overall suction. The outcome is that the LED is actually a hinderance when the tapered nozzle is in place. If the nozzle was made of transparent plastic in future iterations of the product (instead of the current opaque dark green), it may help and mean the light is actually effective. Hanging strap - Again, it sounds like it should be a good idea but it's neither here nor there really. If it was slightly larger then it would double as a wrist strap, but the loop is too small to get my hand through. I'll probably snip it off as it just gets in the way since I can't put my hand through it. Opaque suction booster nozzle - I've mentioned above that the nozzle being opaque renders the LED light ineffective at best, and an actual hinderance in my experience. But the fact that it's opaque also means it's not easy to tell if the ejection of bugs has gone to plan. Just because the tube is bug-free, doesn't mean the little nasties haven't managed to cling on to the insides of the nozzle and are waiting there for you to turn off the blower so they can happily crawl out while you're blissfully unaware of their re-emergence. This is another reason why I'd prefer the nozzle was as clear as the rest of the collection tube. Price - As useful as it is, it's pushing a tenner more expensive than its rivals. It definitely has a number of advantages over its competitors, but also comparable weaknesses too. I guess you won't be forking out for expensive 9V square batteries on the regular but is that worth an extra ten quid at the checkout? Conclusion First off, i haven't had the same issue with the power button sticking that other customers have seemingly had to deal with. I'm not sure if that's because my product doesn't happen to have the manufacturing fault where the hole in the handle is too tight for the push button to move freely within it, whether the design has actually been altered to increase the diameter of the hole, or whether I've just not been as heavy-handed in pressing the button as others may have been so that it hasn't had the opportunity to get stuck. Either way, it's working as expected. Overall I'm pretty pleased with this spider catcher, but not enough to warrant me replacing the rival products dotted around the house just yet. Time will tell if this one will stand up to the bigger tests of larger, heavier beasties that I know the others can handle, so I'll keep both for now while I continue my field tests!
