Exactly what I needed
Sure, a quick little soldering was needed, but this was exactly what I needed to interface my Icom radios to various other gear without a mess of cables or a big project box.

Falls a little short
Nice component pieces but you will have to solder everything together. This is not a massive big deal but is unexpected based on how the product is presented. Also, terminal block is only 8 pins and not the 9 pins in the spec description. Hopefully you don't need to break out the sleeve/shield

Seller needs to be more clear that these are unsoldered individual components
Hope you like soldering as these are in no way pre-assembled and soldered as the pictures would lead you to believe.

Be Prepared to Solder
This thing comes in 3 pieces and you have to do 16 micro solder connections. So if you are not good at doing teny tiny solder joints, forget it. So If you are purchasing this to keep from having to solder don't.
