J'en avais marre de ces gros boîtiers DVD qui envahissaient mes étagères. J'ai donc opté pour ces pochettes fines, et c'est un vrai soulagement. Le gain de place est absolument spectaculaire, on divise au moins par quatre l'espace occupé par la collection ! Le principe est ingénieux : la pochette est minimaliste, conçue juste pour protéger le disque et glisser la jaquette originale. La qualité est bonne, le plastique transparent est suffisamment résistant et protège bien les disques des rayures et de la poussière. Le changement a été rapide et simple. J'ai pu tout réorganiser en un après-midi, et maintenant ma collection est compacte et facile à consulter. C'est le genre de solution pratique et discrète que j'adore. Pour tous ceux qui sont à l'étroit chez eux mais qui tiennent à garder leurs films, c'est l'accessoire indispensable. Un petit prix pour un énorme service rendu !

Just received them today. The cover artwork fits inside. Just fold the covers in half, insert the dvd between and put it in the sleeves. I will store them all in a decorative covered box when through.

I love these! The DVDs with hard cases simply took far too much space, especially the single film ones. I have now replaced most cases with these folders while keeping the art display, so it is extremely easy to flip them while looking for a specific title. If you own film sagas in 2 or even 3 parts, you can even keep them in one folder, with the display showing on each side. The folders hold 3 discs well. For the time being I am only keeping cases with 3 or more films that are already space saving, not the regular cases. I have bought plastic baskets to organise the folders by genre. 16cm wide is perfect, about 10cm tall to let you flip the folders easily, and then as long as you need depending on your shelf or bookcase. Plenty here or quite cheap in shops. From previous experiences with other plastic folders, I am not allowing the discs to touch the plastic. They remain in between the folded blank covers. There seems to be a general issue when the discs touch plastic for a long time, even though I am not saying it might happen with these particular folders. I simply don't want to take the risk. I am also buying single and double-sided disc bags with a fabric backing, to protect the discs even further, NO plastic wallets touching the back of the discs, just in case.
