Fits well. Looks good. And cools great.

Fits the GPU perfectly and the led's are nice and vivid and bright. My only concerns would be the way it was packed, the rgb cable got pinched right at the edge of the card where it comes out. The cable covers got cut into a bit but there are no bare or damaged wires. Otherwise it's a great water block. It brought my temps down almost 30° under full load at just about max OC.
