Glides on like oil but is not at all greasy! I love it to lock in moisture around lips and eyes at night to protect from Tretinoin. It’s not heavy or sticky. Since I’ve used this for the past month I’ve had reduced dryness.

I have rosacea and it’s a constant battle keeping it at bay. Although I have oily skin I have treated patches on my face that get very dry. I was using a product to alleviate dryness that my dermatologist sells which was ridiculously pricey. I finished that product which was effective but genuinely felt I could find similar but less costly. This is it. It is not at all like Vaseline. It’s a less viscous substance and goes on like a facial primer. You only need a little for it to be effective. I use less than a pea size amount rub it between two fingers and dot more on the dry patches and the remaining on the rest of my face in the evening. My skin is so soft in the morning and feels hydrated and smooth. Even after I’ve washed my face it still feels soft. I don’t use it in the morning but noticed my foundation no longer highlights the nasty dry patches I used to have. Lately my rosacea is better controlled so for first time in a while I’m feeling less stressed about my complexion. It’s a good product, I even place a dot of moisturizer on my elbows and heels, it’s incredibly effective. Try it, your face and body will benefit.

My skin is very sensitive to niacinamide products, and this doesn't irritate my skin at all, all while keeping the blackheads on my nose and cheeks at a minimum. There isn't a noticeable glow when I use this, but it is hydrating. I would recommend using this as the last step in your skincare routine, applying it on top of your moisturizer as it is more of an occlusive product. So, it'll help protect the skin and secure all of that hydration. It is definitely worth the price! It is effective, contains great ingredients, and one tube will last you months and months because you only need the tiniest amount.

This product is fantastic for its moisturizing abilities! I saw reviews that complained that it was like vaseline. Not at all! It's very lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. The main ingredient is glycerin which needs to be in a base product to use. This healed the eczema around my nose in 2 days and it hasn't returned! It also helped soften the rough thickened skin from eczema on my arms. I use it every night on my entire face before bed and it has plumped up my skin to decrease pores and fine wrinkles. It's not cheap but a little goes a long ways. Loved it so much I bought more of their products!

While this didn’t work for me, I wish it did - the texture was really nice, it wasn’t overly thick but spread easily on my face. I could feel that it was moisturizing and great for winter.Unfortunately I have eczema on my face and it really flared bad after using this product. I don’t know that this is to blame but for my own wellness, I stopped using

I have dry, dehydrated skin, and this works great as a layering product in my routine. It kept my skin hydrated morning and night, even while I was on Accutane, when used as the first step on damp skin. It has a slight herbal scent (despite being fragrance-free), but I don’t mind it. I trust the brand and really admire what Dr. Sam Ellis has created!

Part of my anti-aging regime. The smell is very utilitarian no frills. The product contains only what your skin needs. The tube is small but lasts forever! After the first week of using the Utility Gel my skin was much softer and well hydrated, at 59 I actually had a glow!!
