Strong and Reliable Signal
I have tried many wireless devices and none of them work as well as the Dell USB with Keyboard and mouse. I got the driver from Dell and it worked right away without issue on my windows 10 desktop. It has a strong connection Unlike others I have tried. The durability seems good. I have been running it for 6 months with no issues. It is very reasonably priced for how good it works. I have 2 keyboards connected and they have not used any extra battery's. If you are wondering if you should try a Dell wireless USB setup I would say go for it!

Would not work
Could not get it to connect and pick up my keyboard

Works as a replacement for non Bluetooth connected ones too
I had to download some extra software to use it since my keyboard/mouse aren’t connected via Bluetooth so make sure to look up the dell software but it works well now that it is connected properly

Simply doesn't work
I got this for the Dell ZICTA keyboard/mouse combo ZMB/ZICTA/TA/20202/3/12 because the model number was explicitly listed as being supported. But it does not work.
