Molino Grassi 100% Italian Organic 00 Flour 5 Lb

I can no longer tolerate American flour because, alas, even an FDA organic flour here has traces of chemicals. I usually buy flour from France but it was not available so I decided to give this one a try. It did not disappoint! Excellent flour for crepes and baking.

I received a small woman’s t shirt(purple) that I didn’t order along with the flour I did order...when I tried to return the t shirt it is not giving me that option(probably because the t-shirt was not a part of the order!)

I began making my own bread because American flour, for the most part, has additives that cause the reaction called non celiac gluten intolerance in me and my family. I could never make good bread with American flour anyway. I can, and do with this flour. It is as it was created to be.

This is very good quality flour and makes very good pizza dough. However, it is very expensive. You will probably 2 - 3 pizza nights out of this for a family, so $10 plus the cost of the toppings. Not sure I will buy it again due to the cost.Update: It makes great bread too. I might have to buy it again despite the cost.

I prefer 00 four when baking bread. However, this flour was 18.99, which I was willing to pay. It has doubled in price over the last month.
