I purchased the Ambrane Stylo 10 power bank in February 2025, expecting quality from a so-called "reputed" brand. It worked fine for a few months, but suddenly stopped charging any mobile — just 5 days after the 6-month warranty expired.I contacted Ambrane customer support hoping they would at least offer basic help, considering it's barely out of warranty. Instead, I got robotic replies and zero concern from their side. They simply said, “Out of warranty. Nothing can be done.”This is what Ambrane India stands for? A product that dies in 6 months and customer care that refuses to take responsibility even when it’s just 5 days late? Absolutely disgusting service.If you're planning to buy from Ambrane, just know — if your product fails one day after warranty, they’ll wash their hands off you. You’re on your own.Cheap plastic. Cheap circuits. And even cheaper customer service.Never trusting this brand again, and I suggest others think twice before buying.

This is my second purchase. The earlier one still works even though i was using it almost everyday. The battery life has decreased but it is worth the spend on this product. Only because of the quality did i buy the same product again.

Worth product for a long time we used, no heat at charging time we can use two ports, usb and c type but in the box cable not lengthy, only half foot
