I read the book and so far, there are good information that follows up good ideas that should be applied. Just to be fair, not to ruin the book, I suggest you read the book to know the book. That way you experience book.

Tom and Jason have written a great follow up to their first book. Pick on chapter and work on it for a few months to move your team from good to exceptional.Easy to ready and even easier to implement. I recommend it for everyone who manages a team.

The book is a must read when you are working with a team. It will help you reset your mind and place it in the correct perspective to pursue your goals. Jason Selk and Tom Bartow are a great team in presenting the material.

While I did like this book, it didn't offer any "ground breaking" information. It contained ideas that most in the business world have heard or read about before - but the key is whether or not you put those ideas into practice. Worth the read, but not a book I'm saving to re-read later.

The concepts are simple, actionable and powerful - would highly recommend for anyone wanting to take their team to the next level.
