Nice Little Hatchet
I like Bear Grylls products, this hatchet doesn't disappoint. Its sharp, light weight . But the reason for the 4 stars is it is not full tang as advertised, disappointing. But I'd recommend it.

Broken handle very first time using
This hatchet is just for looks it broke on the very first use. Just trying to split kindling light duty usage. It’s a hollow handle that is attached to the metal. It’s durability is extremely weak.

light weight good feel and heft for a back packing hatchet. The only thing I would have liked if it had a wider area for pounding tent pegs.

Solid, but lightweight and good functionality. Good value, sharp. If need to split bigger wood get a bigger axe.

Made in China…
A nice enough little ax for the price, but I found it rather disturbing that it was made in China!

Okay, first off,I own the bear grylls survival knife and folding one(and a spare when it gets too worn) The hatchet is nice but the handle is hard and plastic slickness where as the older knifes have a more textured finish that feels way better on the hands, and gives you more grip. I would have concerns about slippage because of this new change. Maybe this would last longer but the older handles made me feel safer. You fix this and you would be back up to 5 stars.

This hatchet is useless and on top of that it's not a full tang. Got one camping trip out of it. Very expensive hatchet for only one time use.
