Proper takeaway-style noodles at home – brilliant valueThese are the real deal. Proper Chinese takeaway-style thick noodles that hold their bite and don’t go mushy. You get a huge amount for the price, and because they’re egg-free, they suit pretty much everyone. Quick to cook, perfect for stir fries, chow mein, or even in broth. This 4kg box lasts ages – definitely a staple in my pantry now.

Brilliant dried noodles.Thick noodles, bang them in some boiling water and when ready, drain and then plunge into cold water. This stops them cooking and making the noodles sticky. You can leave them in the water until you are ready fo stir fry them as needed. These are the noodles most Chinese / Asian restaurants use as standard. They are worth every penny and I can say I will be buying more.

These are fab. I don’t cook them myself but family members does. They make some amazing dishes with these noodles.

The noodles are tasty, good quality and portioned up in a great size, however I was expecting to open the box to have them in smaller packages inside. This isn't the case, inside there is one bag with the noodle nests inside so you will need to transfer to other container(s) to keep them fresh. Not a deal breaker as they're great value, but had I known this in advance I could've made better storage arrangements ahead of delivery. Highly recommend the product, though.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I'm a foodie and these did, may I say tempted my appetite. Arrived safely packed, no tampering may I add. Then I tried the taste test. Left soaking, literally in a bowl of boiled water whilst I threw a few things together. Drained and added to my recipe in a hot wok. No stickiness. If you love noodles, simple healthy ingredients and an authentic take out, then these are the thing. Proper comfort food, eaten best on your sofa. Tip: leave to soak until as they say 'al dente'. Then stirfry, I know its a noodle, not pasta, but trust me :)

Better than all the rest, little goes a long way once cooked, really tell the difference from certain brands shop bought. My bolonaise had more body and taste.A bargain for what you get.Recommended

I bought these as they are apparently the ones used by most Chinese takeaways in the UK and they are fantastic. The box is absolutely massive so they have lasted me for months and months.

Great noodles, great taste & good price for the amount get.
