I couldn't believe how effective the stimulation is. Really makes your muscles crunch. You are not going to get perfect six packs using any device, but this one comes the closest to an actual workout. You feel it after 15 minutes.

Save Your Money
The instructions are not well written or clear. It didn’t work and then I thought maybe it needs to be charged. I didn’t know when it was fully charged because the only thing you see is a little red light blinking for hours while it’s charging. I’m giving it five stars so people can see this and save their money.
