This is a great dryer. It's very light weight, quiet and easily dries and smooths my hair. 2,000 watts make a big difference as it has a very controlled airflow (I always use the diffuser). My hair is very short and is wavy when left on it's own. I use my hair dryer to get rid of the wave and create a straight hair style. This dryer does it the best of any dryer I've owned. One pass and my hair is smooth and straight. I would definitely purchase this again.

I had a version of this same dryer from a few years ago which worked amazingly. I had to replace it with this current version. It looks nearly the same, and is very powerful but probably only gets about 60% as hot as the old version. I even replaced it with another one to see if my first one was a fluke, but the replacement was exactly the same. If you want a dryer to that works quickly at drying hair, this just isn’t it.

One of the things that i guess the name does not state is that the airflow is somewhat in-between fast and medium. It does not have a toggle to switch for faster speeds. Other than that it is well made
