On my third bottle now. It does help me focus and not be forgetful. I do the caffeinated one. On really busy days I take 3 or 4 of them but I highly suggest you don't do this. I'm heavy set and I found 3 or 4 of them have better effect on me don't try this though, but I do feel I personally need like at least 3 daily to get the full effect based on my heavy weight. Even childrens meds guides are based on weight so it is a factor imo but honestly just do what it says.

I had brain fog and I no longer have it. My recall for codes and strings of numbers is shocking, now. And I have always been a horrible navigator, like hopeless without GPS. My whole life. Last night I realized that I knew my way where I was going after having only been there a few times. That is absolutely mind-blowing. It took a few months of the supplement to get to this point, but it works, absolutely. I take the one without the caffeine because I sip on a caffeinated Cirkul bottle all day. THIS ITEM WORKS OK. I ALSO TAKE A PRODUCT CALLED SLEEP. THE PROBLEM IS THEY BOTH LOOK ALIKE AND THIS CAN CAUSE A PROBLEM SO I AM SWITCHING MY MEMORY TO A PRODUCT CALLED NEURIVA , WHICH IS A GUMMY AND THEY LOOK NOTHING ALIKE.

I purchased this supplement to enhance my focus and energy, and while it did some improvements, but the extremely high Vitamin B12 dosage (1000 mcg, over 41,000% of the daily value) caused widespread skin breakouts. High levels of B12 can trigger acne-causing bacteria to produce more inflammatory substances, which led to excessive blemishes throughout my body. Although the other ingredients like L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and Bacopa Monnieri seemed effective, the severe skin reaction outweighed the cognitive benefits. If you’re prone to breakouts or have sensitive skin, I recommend caution as the high B12 content can cause significant skin issues.
