It fits like no other small nose pillow does
I switched to the N30i a couple of months ago and hadn’t received a good mask seal since. I’m challenged with this small button nose so I decided to try this pillow style and boy I slept wonderfully well and got the best sleep score I’d seen in months! You should definitely give this one a try! Your health depends on it! Now let’s just hope the nasal walls keep for 2 weeks. 🙏🏼

Great, Highly recommended.
In a world of overpriced CPAP supplies, this is at least not too expensive. They did have a silicone smell for the first few nights. Personally I like the P30i mask, and these nasal pillows are the best mechanical seal with my nose. I think they're comfortable and soft. I have found that using some vaseline or Bag Balm on my nose before sleeping helped. Also, the first few times (I'm new to CPAP) I got sore, but that went away. One issue I had is that at certain angles, they felt constricted. I fixed this by enlarging the opening. Don't be afraid to modify your mask! It has to work for you.

It fits and works well
I was a bit concerned trying an off-brand for my CPAP supply, but this company has made me feel good about my decision. The nasal pillow is comparable to the more expensive brand, well-designed, and durable.

Stick to resmed brands
This leaks air and subpar compared to actual resmed replacements. I wanted another just so I can use while I wash and dry the other. Did not meet expectations

A Knockoff—Not a ResMed Nasal Pillow
This is a knockoff and not a ResMed product. It’s lacking the size/insertion end indicator, and was hard to connect.

Fits perfectly with the N30i frame. Delivery was fairly quick and the nasal fit is very good too. I prefer the nasal pillow that inserts into the nostrils so that the air is directly going into my nose rather than just holes in the N30i pillow.
