Put this on our 2018 HD Ultra limited. This looks great and fits great, easy to install. Price was much less than the "name brand". Seems to be quality. Will test out this riding season. So far its great.

Updated Review: I would like to state that Kekykm reached out to me about the issues I had with the product and I can say their commitment to providing great customer service was outstanding. Now to address my issue with the zipper, I was informed that it was a design feature to have it inverted for aesthetics. Even though they acknowledged that that was their design choice they took my critique into consideration. The fact that they accept customer reviews to improve their products makes me feel that they are a company that cares about the consumer. I have changed my rating from a 3 to 4/5 based upon the how they handled the situation. Now the fitment of the bar has not changed and I made it work so I can't give a 5/5 but over all the product does function as intended and I look forward to providing an update on the backrest after my trip to give a long term use review. So I just finished installing the backrest with minimal effort. There are a few gripes I have with the one I received but over all I’d say it is going to be a good product. The hardware that comes with the backrest is slightly out of spec with the bend angle and required some percussive maintenance to fit properly. The zipper on the back portion was installed upside down/inside out, making it rather cumbersome to take apart if needed. Aside from those issues the product seems to be comfortable and working as intended. I have 1k trip coming up so I can give a better eval after that journey. So as it stands now I’d say it was a good purchase but for the price it should at least have zippers installed correctly.

More than half the cost of the Harley Davidson branded backrest, and looks exactly the same. Very easy to install and extremely comfortable. Can't wait for a long trip! I had the Harley one on my last bike. Wish I would have known about this company, I would have saved a ton!

Great product, simple to install and great Customer Service!!!

The color and finish of the material is spot on with a 2014 Ultra Limited. The adjustment screw for the angle of the back rest relies on the pressure of the spring to keep it in place. You can fold it forward and turn it very freely, so I'd be concerned of it vibrating loose...so keep an eye on it. The frame is very sloppy in the mount, but when your back is against it, it doesn't really matter too much. It is a bit challenging to install it, which requires a tight squeeze of the bars and pushing it into the mount at an angle. Can't complain too much due to the cost.

It does not matter what bike you ride, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The base receiver is not wide enough for the seat tines - those tips with the spring in between. Even when compressed all the way, the seat does not go into the base. If you turn it a little sideways, it will go in. But when it is time to get it out, with the seat in place, it is nearly impossible and magnificently frustrating. Because with the seat on, you have to compress the tines and jiggle and fiddle with them to go a little sideways to get loose. And you cannot see what you are doing, because of the seat. Frustrating. So although half the price of the Harley-Davidson model, it is poor engineering. IF you want to drill out the sides of the base, widening the opening about 1/8 inch on each side, it will work. MY ADVICE: pay for the more expensive H-D model and get your money's worth.

I've no experience with ALL the brands of backrests as this is my first time trying one so maybe my review should be taken with a grain of salt but all I will say is that it works very good for me! The install was painless other than 2 nuts that are found on the screw posts on your Harley under the seat on the fender! On mine the nuts weren't there, perhaps the previous owner took them as it appears he installed one of these. Anyways check under your seat and you'll see 2 screw posts on your fender that will accept the seat post bracket. If you find the nuts aren't there get them as in my install kit I didn't get those ones and I believe it is par for the course as the instruction didn't make a mention to them other than those 2 screw down to secure the bracket! I can't recall the size of them but the included nuts in the kit do work for them so you can use them to get what ya need after! Didn't have to read the instructions much as it just makes sense the way it works, pretty straight forward install. Don't tighten it all down as you'll move the bracket a couple times to find where it works best for you. Hand tighten the nuts, install seat and backrest and test till ya find the one that works great and tighten er down! I know this will help my upcoming tour a lot already! Also I find getting my hand in there to push the spring actuation mechanism to engage/disengage the tension is pretty easy! I can move my backrest up or down in the 3 notches well and remove it fast if needed!

Well, it was a challenge to install as t the middle black piece the angle wasn't rigth had to do my own bending to make fit , over all I am satisfied with product.

2021 Road Glide. Fits perfectly and looks great.

It worked fine but I found that it had a lot of wiggle in it so I removed the cover and found that one of the 2 long bolts that hold the backrest on the bracket that goes into the seat was loose.The second long bolt was undersized and created all the loose play.I drilled out the bracket and went to a larger bolt which fixed the play issue. I am very satisfied with it now
