Very nice. Just as advertised. Clear image focuses very nice. The only thing that was tough was the eyepiece adjustment. It felt a little loose so it was hard to adjust exactly. I would buy it again. Fits nicely in the saddlebags so it's nice to take on rides. The tripod mount is very nice so you can leave it focused on something and have a friend see it without having to look for it.

Perhaps this comes part and parcel with zoom/variable-magnification ability. If I had to do it all over again, and likely will, I'll purchase fixed magnification. Five stars on build and optics, one on focusing ability, hence net three.

Great value for the money without sacrificing quality for amateur use. Easy to use as well.

Rather than going through the trouble of sending it back, I gave it to my kids to play with.

A superb, tremendously flexible monocular (telescope). The quality of materials and construction is impressive. The quick, smooth adjustment between the 8X and 24X settings is tremendously helpful. The 30mm lens is really effective and enhances low light performance. The compact size makes it adaptable to a variety of uses, whether watching birds and critters in the yard or scouting fishing competitors on the lake. Adaptable to use with a tripod - with universal threading - it is my optic of choice for target checking on the KD range. Probably the most difficult challenge in moving between 'binoculars' and 'monoculars' is 'steadiness' . . . but that is an individual challenge that's relatively easy to overcome with practice (it took me almost a week to master). I've bought several Aurosports optics, for myself and as gifts, and have yet to be disappointed. The combination of quality, durability and cost have made them the 'gold standard' for me. Would I buy them again? In a New York minute!

I should have bought something a little more compact. Need something that truly fits in a pocket, and this is large for that.

It took me a bit to get use to these. Once I did...they are actually quite nice. Love having then by chair outside so that when a bird is on feeder or fence we can just pick them up and get a close clear view. For the price these are very nice.

I have used this product for over 3 weeks extensively, and can say without a doubt that it works and works well. This materials are durable and it feels good in your hand, very mobile. It takes a little time to get used to taking it out fast and getting the focus correct, especially while fast acquiring a target. If the subject is stationary it is much easier to find and focus. The monocular has been wet, but not submerged...I don't want to try and prove anything and ruin it. If i drop it in the lake hunting this year i will let everyone know how it holds up. I believe the seals are good, as there has not been any internal fogging of the lenses. Would buy it again, and most likely will for our friends.
