Terrific vest for the money
Terrific vest. The clasps are only single stitched in the front so time will tell if it'll last. Otherwise I absolutely love it. Bought the Stanley fat max as well and I like this one way better. The guts on the crew all agree also. Pockets hold tools closer to your body than Stanley vest. Buying more of these for the whole crew

Surprisingly adjustable
When we first got it my husband tried it on and he was disappointed how tight it was. Then we discovered it was expandable on the shoulders, side, back. Very nice and tough with many pockets. My husband is in maintenance and it is very useful for him out in the plant.

Things fall out pretty easy when bending over
I do love the vest. I do apartment maintenance and this vest has eliminated alot of back and forth grabbing tools. I get to have all of my most common tools ready to use. Only thing is I do have to crouch and bend and when I do , the tools that are closer to my waist tend to push up on the tools closer to my chest dislodging them, knocking them to the floor. Measuring tape falls off when bending over along with anything In the upper cheat pockets always fall out when bending over. That said, I still love the practicality of the vest. I'm 6'4" 260 and it could fit if I was even larger. It is comfortable. I wear it all day and take it off on breaks. It looks pretty cool. Kinda got that cop vest feel to it. I think if it could hold the tools more securely without making the pockets deeper, it would be perfect. Also more room for smaller tools like service wrench, thermostat screw drivers, picks... I don't know the solution but those are my issues. Still 4 out of 5 from me. I'd probably buy again

Perfect for my home inspections
I was tired of wearing a tool belt and things falling out when I would bend down are crawl into areas. I also did not like digging around a heavy tool belt. Then I found this. Everything is easy to access and there is plenty of pockets and slots for everything I need. I worked in construction for years and this was an easy change. I never would have thought, but I like having my tape measure on my chest.

Mixed feelings.
When I first got this product I was super excited about it. I don't like the idea of tool belts because no matter what I do they always pull my pants down, and after a couple of hours I am uncomfortably walking around and feel the need to adjust my pants and my belt loop as well as my tool belt. When I got this item I was super excited about it and as you can see from the pictures most of my tools that I had in my tool belt are now set in the vest. However, as you can see in the picture the metal clip for the tape measure is not currently holding my tape. The reason for this is because anytime that I would do any sort of movement that would require me to bend over my tape measure would fall off. I would also have this problem with my RJ45 crimpers as well as my wire strippers, my dykes, and various other items that I had put into my vest. You will notice in some of the pictures that I have taken pictures near the top shoulder where the vest would go over your shoulders. The issue that I had with this area is Velcro would pull and it would rub against my neck. Due to this after using it for only 2 days I have a rash / irritated part on my neck from the rubbing movement of wearing it during work.I really like the idea of having one of these because of the way it disperses the weight and it doesn't hang on my hips so it was a lot easier to carry more tools. However, due to all of the adjustments that I have to make during the day and the fact that it does not hold as many items as my tool belt I will have to go back to my tool belt instead of using this.I feel like the entire thing could be made much better if there were velcro flaps that went over to lock your items in place so that you don't have to worry about them falling out if you do anything that requires you to bend over in any way shape or form.Overall I was very excited about the concept, but there are quite a few adjustments that I would need to make in order to be able to use this product the way that I use my tool belt. I guess I'm going to have to go back to uncomfortably adjusting my pants midway through the day again.

A good entry level vest
The price on this allows anyone to see if a vest is a better perrin for them, compared to a tool belt or tool belt with suspenders.I do remodels, and having a hammer doing around, potentially bashing into things is mitigated by keeping my tools close to my body and not swinging about.Having my most used tools at my fingertips, is convenient and a time saver.I modified mine to mount my hammer along my spine to keep it even more snug than the hammer loop did.The pockets could use a bit more elastic as you will rain tools if you get your head below your waist, but that is my only complaint.

Not Worth it
If you aren't doing heavy work it's okay I guess , my tools kept falling out . Some pouches began to come undone.Adjustable straps snapped on me while attempting to adjust

One size does not fit all
This is a good idea for a vest. I am not the smallest person or the biggest person, but with all the adjustments done, it is to small. They need to make it larger one the straps!
