Doesn't cause bloating or acne issues, great sample pack
I tried a couple of other protein powders and they caused bloating or gave me cystic pimples. This one is light on the gut. I like blending it with a frozen banana and vanilla essence in a blender and it tastes great. It tastes fine on it's own as well but after drinking it consistently for a week or more, the smell of this drink bothers me a lot. My friends don't have that issue.I bought the bigger pack after trying this out for a week and been enjoying it for more than a month.

True Ingredients provides its a very good taste there is no need of single spoon of suger. Packaging is also very good. If you concern about taste don't worry go for the 1 KG pack it is affordable than this sachets pack i will also suggest to try from other brands that provide clean ingredients and sachets for tasting such as Cosmix that i will going to try next time.

Best protein so far . I have tried so many brands before but I feel this product is genuine. Light on stomach. No Bloating .

Cleanest protein I know so far
Low sugar, I put a 1 tea spoon honey. Good product, doesn’t give any bloating etc. I like it best with milk instead of water. Safest and cleanest whey protein out there.

Not so easy on the stomach
While it feels light because the sugar is less and it's not clumpy or heavy in texture. After consumption it feels quite heavy on the stomach. But everything else checks out I read lots of reviews( external) which vouch for the authenticity of the powder

As heavy as other Whey
Bought the Light Cocoa pack of 6 to try the Whey protein. They claim it is as light as water. One satchet feels extremely heavy. Even half a satchet feels heavy and the feeling continues all through the day. It is definitely not as light as water. It is almost as heavy as other whey protein.Only thing is there are no burps unlike a few other whey protein. Taste is also similar to several other whey protein out there that I have used. Will not buy again.
