This review is primarily about how the toaster was shipped. It came in a box that looked like the toaster had been a return and then thrown in a box that was retaped, the cord shoved in the box, no user manual or toaster heat level setting instructions. The toaster had a small dent at the top. I returned it and reordered a new one which came in the original Keenstone toaster carton, with styrofoam and a cardboard molded covering. The plug was covered and the cord was tied up, and the box had the user manual and picture instructions for the heat level settings. It also had a quick start tag on it, and no dents. I’m sure this replacement toaster will be great.We’ve had our replacement toaster a couple of weeks and we like it very much. The touch buttons that determine the level of browning are very unique and work well. We’ve also toasted buns in the slots. I love the retro look of the toaster. Customer service from Keenstone reached out to see if we were satisfied with our replacement and we are. I really appreciated their concern.I would definitely recommend this brand.

I am amazed by this toaster. My last toaster never toasted right usually hardly at all. This toaster is so true to the settings. Every time perfect. Does a great job on bagels . I have noticed if I’m using the defrost I need to go down at least one setting. This toaster looks nice, is lightweight and really easy to clean.

Absolutely love this toaster. The display with the count down time is great. Works perfectly with the different darkness settings and the + or - 10 sec. buttons.The back feet without the rubber tips makes it super easy to slide around on the counter with one hand by simply lifting the front of the toaster up and pulling it to where you want it.Bought a 2nd one for parent's and they love it as well.

It makes good toast, but it should be a bit smarter. If toasting just one slice, one side will be darker than the other. My old mechanical toaster had the same problem. As a digital toaster, it seems that this could be improved. But my main complaint is that it does not remember the darkness setting from the last session, so you have to input that each time (the default is lighter than I prefer). Other than that, it looks and functions well. I do like that the height of the finished toast is pretty high, so it is easy to remove from the toaster.

This toaster is really great. First of all, the design is so clean and pretty, but it also works very well. Especially the digital one-touch buttons, which are easily distinguishable, are very convenient and intuitive. It's a great product for me as I toast bread every day, and it makes a great gift and I highly recommend it.

I use this in my office for pop tarts because sometimes I need breakfast and ....eh. The pictures depicting what color I want my toasted item instead of numbers is absolutely adorable. I love it. It's unique.

This toaster lasted 7 months. I should have purchased the Amazon warranty. Do not buy this product.This was my initial review. I did not contact Keenstone Company. They contacted me and offered to replace the toaster or a full refund. I opted for a refund as I already purchased a new toaster. I am impressed with the Company and will consider them the next time I need to purchase a product. Thank you Keenstone.

UPDATE. The seller offered a full refund after my concerns. This is an impressive response and well beyond any expectations.Bought this 8/24. Already the heat lines are not working so I get inconsistent toasting. It’s getting so bad that I expect to need to buy a new toaster less than a year after buying this.
