Great Water Weights!
Love these weights!! Wasn’t sure how good the resistance would be underwater or if it would feel like a workout, but it definitely has resistance and the workout on your arms is definitely there. Would highly recommend these ways to anyone wanting to do water exercises for your arms

Fun and Useful
I enjoy using these and they seem to work - you do get a lot of resistance. A pool workout is a fun way to tone your arms and upper body, so it may work better than an exercise you never want to do.

Good weight - not really portable
Good weights but be aware, they certainly aren't portable in the sense of throwing them in your pool bag and heading down to the lap pool - larger in size than I thought they'd be. Would be nice if they came with a carrying bag.

Good product
Very colorful, a little hard to put together, but once the rod is through the foam it stays solid. The work out it great, the resistance, because of the size, is really good. We are very happy with them.
