Fabulous, but long
I love this company’s products. I own the capri pants, the bike shorts and the tank top. All are true to size. I wear a 2x in clothes and a 2x in this brand. They have a good amount of compression. More than most non medical products but less than a 30-40hg product will feel. It’s something I can wear all day. Which means I’ll actually use it instead of dreading the 30-40 products & thus not using them. All of their products are really long. The bike shorts are capri length, the capri leggings are full length leggings. And the tank top is super long too. I’m 5’ 5”. I’ve bought a lot of shape wear type stuff & medical grade products, and these are my favorite.

Easy to put on and comfortable fit
My Doctor recommended to buy on Amazon and they work good and pushed fluid out of upper legs and when backnat Doctor they measure certain areas each visit and show me if I gained in size or lost in size and doctor impressed with results.Worst thing is waist stretches and is loose around waist.

Great compression, ripped in crotch on 2nd wear!
I have painful lipodema and need compression garments to help navigate that pain. I am short and plus sized. I am 5'4 and these leggings fit well but are definitely *not* capri length on me (full legging). They are a challenge to get on but do offer more support than my shapermint compression leggings. I have a very big butt and they fit over it just fine. My big complaint is there is already a hole the size of a quarter in the crotch of these leggings and I've been careful putting them on and washed them once by hand. For the price point I'm not thrilled that this means I'll probably have useless leggings soon.

I’m pleasantly surprised.
I HATE wearing compression garments but need to for my condition. I ordered these knowing that they aren’t the strong medical grade that I’ve been prescribed but I needed something that I could wear when it gets to hot out to tolerate my doctor prescribed ones.These are the ticket. They are not as heavy and tight as my others so I can tolerate them in hot weather. The pattern leaves little ridges on your skin in order for lymph fluid to flow and as a result they do help keep my swelling and therefore pain at a minimum.I would recommend these. My only advice is that they come in more colors!

Wow, they fit me!
I ordered these leggings in a XXL because when picking my size a box popped up and said because of my profile I should order the XXL. So I did. When I got them I almost could get them pulled up except for in the inner leg area. So I sent the leggings back for a size 3XL. I received my leggings and hoped these would fit my 5’ 341 lb frame. I was surprised that not only did they fit they were not cutting off my circulation. They were soft and comfortable. These leggings would be perfect for my lymphedema. I plan on buying these leggings again so I can have one to wear while I’m washing the other.

Too tight!
According to my measurements a 3X should fit. I ordered a 4X for xtra comfort but one size larger was too tight. So ordered the 7X and that was impossible too!!!! Crazy tight! 4 times the size I should have and had to give up on this product. Great material but sizing is way off.

Great product
As a regular users of Bioflect compression wear we have found them as a very effective in managing our conditions. They are easy to put on and wear for long hours of the day, especially compared to some alternatives. However I did notice that this pair were a smaller fit than I normally would wear, so you may need to order a larger size.
