One of the best purchases I've made for my kitchen. I use this and my cast iron pan at least every other day. Great size, easy to clean and care for once you've got the hang out of it, and great for many meals. It's just a joy to cook with -- it heats well and evenly and has great nonstick properties. I also often use it in conjunction with my bamboo steamer to make dumplings. It's just an all around great tool. I haven't had any issues with rust, but I did a lot of research on how to care for carbon steel after I purchased it.

When this wok arrived, it was perfectly packaged and in great condition. We hit a small snag with the seasoning being oxidized, but the seller quickly made it right. Problem solved.Now, it’s perfectly seasoned. My first dish, heavy on the fat, cooked beautifully. It handled moderate heat like a champ, and nothing stuck—just as described.The bamboo lid is charming but soft, so handle it gently. The included spatula is sturdy and high quality. Size-wise, this wok is just right. Overall, I’m thrilled. This wok didn’t just meet my expectations; it stir-fried them to perfection.

I have used this only twice so far. It is made of steel and can be used on induction cooktops. The size is just right for cooking for family of four. Right now it has non-stick surface. Hope it will last. The s=wood lid looks weird but it does not get hot so that is its advantage. The wok is not very heavy so easy to handle. I am quite happy with it.

Dunno about the seasoning but overall good pan. May put it to the flame and season it again.If you want none stick in carbon steel, warm with oil pour out warm oil and drop in cool oil and cook.

I bought this wok several months ago because I wanted to augment one that we already had and use this in my camper. The carbon steel composition has allowed me to correct my mistakes and refine some basic frying techniques. I have started using this more than any other pan in our kitchen and cook everything from pork chops and pork medallions through chicken, steak. bacon, and fried rice. Clean up and maintenance are easy making it my go-to pan for everyday cooking.

Overall it is a solid wok. It is light because it is made of carbon steel, but feels very solid and heats up quickly. We use it to pan fry dishes everyday. The only thing we don't like it's the wood lid, it looks good but the water dripping from it was yellow, messing around the area. Also it makes me concern if where this color comes from, the wood itself on the paint of the lid

This is agreat wok, and it is a good price.It works very well for stir fry. It heats up fast and retains heat well. The wok is very easy to clean.
