If you have sensitive teeth or gums don’t over use. The product works though. I saw an improvement only after 3 uses. I had to stop after that because it burns my gums and I noticed my teeth were getting sensitive to cold and hot. However, I was satisfied with the lighting it did in just the 3 sessions. I will use it again in about a month for another shade lift. Good product for the amount, especially if you can’t afford $5000 for a professional whitening.

Despite several attempts, I struggled to get the trays to form properly, which was a frustrating start to the process. After using the kit for the first time, I noticed a slight raw sensation in the back of my throat. Naively, I didn't immediately attribute it to the product. However, after using it again the following day, the discomfort intensified into a pronounced soreness in my throat. Realizing that something wasn't right, I immediately discontinued use of the product. Unfortunately, it was too late. My discomfort escalated, and my neck began to swell. Concerned, I sought medical attention at the hospital. To my dismay, I was informed that I had developed a serious allergic reaction to the whitening gel in the EZZI kit, which had led to a severe sinus infection. This is an OK kit for starting out whitening your teeth. It is certainly much less expensive than the kit that you get from your dentist (which I have). I'm using this gel with my invisalign retainer instead of the included molds. I have used this type of mold before, and as others have mentioned, they can be a hassle and uncomfortable. Once you get them properly fitted and trimmed, they work alright. The included gel claims to be 44% Carbamide Peroxide in the advertisement, but nowhere on the actual product or packaging is the strength listed. I find this to be a very curious omission. Additionally, this product is much thinner in viscosity than the 35% Carbamide gel from Opalescence that I got from my dentist. The first time I used the Opalescence, I got a little on my gums and it burned right away and left a small part of my gum bleached white. The runnier gel included in this kit ran on to my gums, but does not burn or sting like the Opalescence did. That leads me to believe that the strength of this gel is overstated. It is made in China, and it could honestly be 10% or 44%, there's no way to know for sure. Being that it doesn't burn my gums on contact like the 35% Opalescence did, my guess is that the strength is much less than the 44% claimed. I think it will whiten your teeth, but I would be more comfortable with a better known brand that is properly labled.
