Does all the black licorice have a gooey wet texture when mine arrive it appeared wet and sticks to your fingers?

The Darrell Lea Soft Australian licorice I have bought never tastes gooey. My black licorice was soft and delicious. Sounds like a temperature, storage issue.

Each piece is 3 grams. Serving size is 7 pieces or 22 grams.

It says palm oil free in the description, but then the ingredient list has palm oil?
