Great bowling ball. If you want control and a very smooth reaction off the backend, this is the ball you need in your bowling arsenal. This ball is great on short and long patterns!

Not the Purple Pearl Hammer , But It's in the Family
Ball came with damage. This was not realize until the local pro shop inspected it upon receipt. Rather than return the ball, I had it drilled. I'm not a "urethane" ball user, though I own several. Several are favorites despite their infrequent use. The description for this ball was similar to the Purple Pearl urethane ball (Hammer's GOAT of the urethanes), hence the reason for purchase. This ball hooks - a lot. While it certainly isn't the Purple Pearl Hammer urethane GOAT, it's a good ball. Further, it meets the recent changes in urethane hardness. As such, users may like it.

It’s not as aggressive as the purple hammer. Super nice shape and smooth as glass, down the lane.
