Great book. Very interesting recipes

I loved the book from the introduction onward. I already cooked the Dutch Baby (the very first recipe of the book) and it was a complete hit (I also tried it in my air fryer reducing quantities, and it worked!). The recipes are mouth-watering and perfectly feasible. I simply love it!

I love all his cookbooks. Love the cover on this one and I plan to make a lot of these recipes. I recommend.

Ich habe die englische Version gekauft, ist anders als die anderen Bücher von ottolenghi (viel mehr Fleisch-haltige Rezepte) aber keineswegs schlechter. Dieses Buch hat vielfältige Rezepte, ua auch asiatisch. Ich habe schon viel damit gekocht und es war jedes Mal gelungen und sehr lecker. Mein Liebling sind die vietnamesischen Fleischbällchen und Silk Auberginen. Kann ich empfehlen.
