Seamless integration, as a trigger, for TreatLife smart switches
Mounting was seamless, be aware you need a USB-A brick or an outlet with USB-A female port. Setup was simple, TreatLife has come a LONG way from the first smart switch I purchased years ago. By the time you hit “+” in the SmartLife app, the device has already been discovered and the app retains the WiFi login credentials from your previously set up devices. We’re using the TreatLife motion sensor in the garage, when motion is sensed, it triggers the two garage light switches and turns them on. This allows full-light when arriving home at with the car or bicycles etc, and doesn’t leave us dependent on the anemic, pathetic, single LED light built into the garage door opener. You can park or walk in with ease and not have to get out, turn on the lights, get back in the car, finish your park and then turn off the lights before you leave. The lights are currently set to 15 minutes, and with no motion, turn off.Learning the various motion sensitivity settings will only make a perfect motion sensor, beyond perfect.

Just enough range
Update, was great but now in it's own app does not see any motion. Based on the other devices I would stay away from this brand. So far so good. I have this set up to turn on my main office light (Kasa light switch) and an overhead light (via Kasa plug). The plug lags about a second or 2 behind but main light is already on. Distance pick up is perfect as it is right at the entrance to the room and the sensor is on the other side. This allows for it to do a good job on knowing I am at my desk working. Turns off light after a set time that I have in the routine (running in Google but looking to get moved over to H.A. at some point).

Works with Alexa, That's nice
Actually, it's not bad at all, even though it's doesn't work properly, however, it's works perfectly in most of time, so i guess i will buy the second one soon

My everything sensor
This is an incredible little device. This is the perfect addition to both home automation and security. It’s compact and inconspicuous. Besides being able to just detect presence, this allows you to see realtime info, has historical info and can be fine tuned for sensitivity. Completely compatible with Alexa so rather than telling Alexa to turn on and off, you can automate based on presence, so it’s turning things on when you in and off when you leave. It monitors active presence, distance from the sensor and length of time. I use one in my office primarily for security and secondary for the automation. If you have areas without cameras this is very useful to monitor activity. It come with a convenient adjustable stand and magnifying back for easy mounting or moving.

Can’t disable alerts
We have lots of Treatlife products and they have made things a lot easier. We bought this sensor to replace the Smart Motion Sensor we have in the kitchen.Unfortunately the Human Presence sensor can’t have motion alerts turned off like what you can do with the Smart Motion Sensor which negates the benefits/adds annoyance so we aren’t using it and by the time this was discussed with support (it is intentional) we were outside the return window. The alerts have to be muted for the device and it is a per user muting and not per device, additionally the alerts are always logged/recorded so you have endless messages to clear as well. Hoping they do an update which allows for alerts to be turned off at the device level.

Works Well, Needs One Software Adjustment
Update 3/19/24Treatlife quickly responded to my support request about the ability to silence Presence notifications and added it to the app. I upgraded my review to 5 stars.Original ReviewInstalling the Presence Sensor through the Smart Life app was simple and quick. Connected to my WiFi with ease. It works well and is sensitive enough for my applications. I would give it 5 stars if the firmware was adjusted to allow suppression of the Presence alert each time presence is detected. Since this is a new addition for Treatlife, I hope they can make this adjustment soon. I have many otherTreatlife switches and plugs which work very well.I use the Presence Sensor to turn on/off the room lights through Alexa. It was very easy to link Smart Life account to Alexa. I don't require the presence alert in this scene.

New firmware doesn't work with Smartlife - Home Assistant
Treatlife updated their app and apparently their firmware. As in the past the way to add a Treatlife device to home-assistant required adding it to Smartilfe/Tuya. I was able to add it to Smartlife but it failed to detect presense. It worked fine with the new Treatlife app but there's no pathway from that app into home-assistant. There's not anything in HACS either. For me that makes this presense sensor unusable. It might be usable if I used the paid Treatlife subscription service but I'm not willing to try that
