A versatile, Adjustable mold box
No longer needed is the use of plastic bricks or tedious wooden mold boxes. This ingenious kit can be configured to meet most of your mold making needs. If you need a larger mold box just by 2 of these kits. The use of the bulldog clips is really novel and works better than rubber bands to keep the mold material from leaking out. Of course, this is designed for use with liquid mold making materials. The design comes with interlocking locator structures that also helps prevent leakage. I highly recommend using this product if you make your own silicone square or rectangle molds at home.

Super easy to use
I have never made a mold of any thing before and this was extremely easy. The side pieces linked together very snugly I did not have to worry about it leaking through. There were also no seams made along the side of the final mold, however I am not sure that would have really made a difference to the overall mold as it would have been on the outside of the mold itself. Pretty cool that it did not stick to the mold material either which made it super easy to keep clean and store for the next use.

Does not function as advertised
Functions very poorly. Very few instructions. Want to return but already messy. Leaked silicone within 60 seconds

Great if your in a pinch… For simple mold boxes
Anyone reading this probably has gone through making the housing for their particular mold. It’s time consuming. I will still continue to make my own housing depending on the complexity of what I’m molding (venting, keying, etc) but if it’s a straightforward gang mold, box mold… this is perfect. You calculate the volume of silicone needed. (If you don’t like math do the old fill your mold box with rice and pour that into a measuring cup to get how much silicone.) Build the box out by simply attaching the alligator clips provided, and pour up! Tip: Ensuring the bottom is flush to your anchored object I’ve found a few things handy. To ensure the silicone does not leak I place the mold box on either double sided tape or keep a little jar of Vaseline on hand. Take a dab on your finger and run it along the bottom of the outside mold box. This will seal up any tiny cracks that silicone may flow from. Works great if you’re in a pinch with and needing a simple mold made.

Great!
It made making molds easier! As long as you use the clips everything's smooth just make sure to add hot glue to the bottom to avoid silicone spills.

Perfect for making your own molds
This is a great way to make your own molds, especially for resin. It takes a little bit of work to make sure it does not leak, but well worth it.

Leaks
It's good for adjustability but it does leak. It's not very hot glue friendly, I'm struggling to scrape the glue from the outside of the cracks and base where i had to seal it up. Still leaked a little through that so i had to add seal to one post but without the glue it absolutely leaks from each crack and the base just fyi. Im glad i read the reviews mentioning leak because if i didn't seal it up like i did that would've been a big mess. You can find the file to 3d print this as well online. The design seems logical but it needs to be fine tuned for holding in liquids - the clips do little to nothing about that. They just help to keep the walls in place. Needs gaskets or something
