Product Description Our Traditional Scottish porridge is a blend of different types of oats. For textured, tasty porridge we've blended jumbo and flaked oats. Jumbo oats provide texture and bite, while flaked oats make for a smooth finish. Also great for throwing into fruit smoothies or making oat cookies. It can be cooked on the hob or in the microwave. Ingredients Our premium Scottish Oats.

Tasty
Delicious flavour and texture, both cooked in porridge and raw in muesli. Makes delicicous flapjacks and, blitzed, a brilliant ingredient for bread. Buying in bulk and leaving a packet within easy reaching distance encourages use - which leads to a noticably 'healthy' digestive system.

I should have paid more attention to the unique blend.
This is not a criticism of the product, it's exactly as described, a mixture of jumbo and flaked oats. However it's not to my taste. I prefer a smooth porridge. I think I might actually prefer it uncooked in a muesli.
