Very Impressed
this machine is super easy to use and very accurate! I like how easily it transfers to my phone so that I have historical data to share with my health care provider too. integrates nicely with apple health. overall the strips are a bit spendy, but it is very high quality with test results that I trust.

Just what I was looking for.
I haven't uploaded the app, so I can't answer to that aspect. The unit itself is easy to use. I like that both glucose and ketone testing can be done on one machine.

Very informative
Who knows how accurate this thing is, but I find in general it's good when it comes to detecting if what I hate heavily impacted my ketosis. Its nice to know how many carbs you can really get away with, you'd be surprised to see how many carbs are in things you would never suspect. Particularly, Its good for knowing how much fasting gets you where. For example, I tried some more carb-loaded food, it blew me way out of keto, so I decided to start a bit more of an aggressive intermittent fast, having this to tell me, that Im now back in high keto is key. Just TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR, if you're going to get this, they could really help you understand how to use it, and what numbers to look for.

Buy this one!
The best kit you can buy. When you need supplies they will be there I bought another brand and when I needed refills on the strips, they were out of business. So threw out everything, what good is it if I can't get strips? Buy this one.
