I used this while in labor with my second child. I had a long labor that lasted over 24 hours and it provided such incredible relief at home. By the time I decided I couldn’t handle the contractions at home (24 hours from the start of labor) I was 8cm! I got on the birthing center ball and really didn’t like their ball! Wish I took mine with me lol. Now it’s like my babies sleep kryptonite. No matter how fussy he may get, if I bounce on the ball holding him he clonks right out! This ball has gotten so much use and held up so well. I absolutely love it!!!

This is as simple as it gets. A great product for a great price. The ball comes in a small box and extra 'stoppers' (plastic piece that stops the air flow), a stopper remover, and even a two-way hand pump. The ball is very solid and very comfortable. The material provides a nice grip, so you don't feel like you're slipping all over the place. If you need an exercise ball this might be the ball for you.It's easy to inflate with the given pump. Good sturdy material. Takes a good amount of weight. Ball has a good bounce to it, very good to do situps and stretches on. Perfect for home workouts. I would recommend a non slip flooring to keep the ball sturdy.With so many choices out there I'm very happy with my purchase.Hope this was helpful.

The tools that came with this ball are wonderful, especially the tool for getting the plug out of the ball, I also like the color selection because my last ball was purple and I don't like purple. My mom was a pediatric physical therapist and always had an excersise ball for the kids she treated in the back of her car, so I have been using them in several ways my whole life. My husband uses the ball to help with his neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend this ball from this maker, a great deal and everything you need including extra plugs and a pump come included!

I'm 5'9". Perfect size to use as an exercise ball. I saw some reviews that said this was too short for someone around my size...that is only the case of you intend to use it as a chair at a desk. Otherwise, for working out, the size chart is spot on. For a chair, always size up. ;)

This stability ball is far better quality than the one I already had. The material seems thicker and sturdier. It comes with a great hand pump (quiet, and no chirping like the cheaper models, and it inflates the ball very quickly).**please note: the ball will not fully inflate on the first pumping-up. let it rest for a day and then top it off**Definitely would purchase again

For the price this yoga ball can't be beat!It comes with the pump and everything you need to get it set up.I was really hesitant about using this for myself because I'm 5'11" and 275lbs. I bought it for the home gym and figured only my wife and daughter would be using it. I tried it out for the first time cringing that it was going to pop and to my surprise it handled my size with no issues. That's great because my wife and daughter never make it into our home gym so I have been getting the most use out of this and its still holding up fine!I'm still careful when I use this because if it pops my big a%& is going to hit the ground pretty hard doing some weighted workouts. However that's more of a me problem than this yoga balls!

This ball is great. My husband and I are not small people and we can both sit on it comfortably without fear of it popping. It feels stable and holds air well. After we initially inflated it and used it, we did have to add more air once the ball had stretched a bit but it has been great.

Great gym ball at a great price. Came with its own pump and is easy to inflate. Just the right size for me to do daily stretches on or just sit and watch tv. It helps takes the pressure off my lower back when sat on it. Would recommend for anyone who has chronic pain

Great exercise ball using it daily , would just like a quick better pumping system but the exercise ball highly recommend it

Bought to use at my desk in work and for wife to sit on and do exercises. Great quality product. Keep it clean by regular wiping as I found it picks up dirt from the floor quite easily

Love this, easy to do spontaneous sets of exercises and fun to sit on too. Great colour.
