The glaze is like a high polish. Be aware, it starts drying fast and sticky after a few minutes. It does work well with a small brush, giving plenty of time to work it in. I used two coats on my small clay figurines.

I have been searching for a product like this for years. Since I discovered the delights of polymer clay over a decade ago, I have made numerous large and small items and tried a number of glazing products. But I had not found anything, including UV-cured resin, that ALWAYS provides a hard, clear shine with no stickiness. Even some things that I resined years ago are still slightly "sticky" to the touch. I have recently coated some of those items with this sealant - which, ostensibly, is for air-dry clay - on polymer clay, and I am very, very pleased with the results. The yellow body of a wire and bead dragonfly pictured here is made of polymer clay,, and you can clearly see the high shine. Take my word, it dries quickly and leaves a bright and hard glaze.Some reviewers complain that the bottle is so tiny. Yes, but I only use it on small things. It is certainly worth the money for the quality finish that it provides.

It's a great glaze, easy to apply. It's extremely sticky, like super glue. However, i had to pick up one of my pieces to move it after about 12 hours (cure time is 24 hrs), and sections of it peeled right off the project, despite being dry to the touch. I recommend it, but definitely be extremely patient with the cure times!

easy to apply, easy to wash of brushes if you don’t leave it for a long time after. gives a nice glossy finish, will repurchase this again!

Spend your money on UV resin if you plan to sell your work, it's about the same price anyway. I hate to say it but this product will never give you the shine that good clay artists have. It also cracks.I would say that this is a good product for children's art pieces.

This worked exactly as I expected! I used it to finish off some clay ornaments I made and it went on easily, did not smudge any of the paint underneath, and gave a beautiful glossy finish!
