The seat is very comfortable, but I did notice an issue after a few rides. The seat started to tear after about 20 miles of riding. Its a shame, I really like this seat, but it doesn't look like it will last very long.

Great saddle, very comfortable
I replaced my old gel seat that was giving me some discomfort and tingly sensation after short distances. More padding is not always better, this saddle has much less but is by far more comfortable. I installed the seat and did a decent 10 mile ride and it instantly felt better than the wider gel seat.

Very comfortable. Not perfectly comfortable, but very, very good. And well built, too. Great value.
Bought this to replace an aging, no-longer comfortable foam-padded saddle that - frankly - was making my unmentionable regions numb when I'd ride (which, fwiw, tends to be on a stationary trainer, now that it's winter).I purchased the Outerdo saddle primarily because of its price and the ratings written by others, which suggested that it would be a good value and most importantly, comfortable. After riding several hundred miles with my new Outerdo saddle, I'm happy to say that it is, indeed, quite comfortable. It's not perfect, but with the Outerdo saddle, I no longer get numbness while riding, even after 15-20 mile rides. I do still get some (manageable) pain the points where by butt bones (sorry ... can't remember the proper term) contact the saddle. The pain only occurs after around 15 miles, so it's definitely better than the previous saddles that I've tried (which tended to start hurting after only a couple miles). But I do wish that it was totally pain free.As for quality, it seems to be reasonably well built with decent materials. As I mentioned, I've ridden several hundred miles already, and it still looks exactly as it did when it came out of the box. To rips, no tears, no stretching, no problems. But the material doesn't seem exceptional -- it basically feels like rubber-like nylon, which I expect will eventually tear or split. The gel cushion seems to be holding up well, but even that will most likely eventually break-down somewhat. But at only $14 for the saddle, I believe the materials are entirely satisfactory and will last long enough to feel like I got my money's worth. If I can get a year or maybe 1000 miles out of it, I'll be totally happy. The saddle was a snap to install. Just unbolt the old one and install the Outerdo saddle. Nothing to it. Took me about 3 minutes. My only wish was that they had offered a simple black saddle. The colors are nice and vibrant, but inevitably they don't truly match the other parts of your bike or your riding outfit, so it would be nice to have a simple black saddle that can match just about anything. But, ultimately, when you're sitting on it, no one sees the colors, so it really doesn't matter all that much. And, again, we're only talking about a $14 saddle.

Quite impressed..
I am 66 years old, 5'9" tall, 175 lbs. I ordered 2 of these seats (black/wblue and black/wwhite), more for their cosmetic appearance and price than for their tushie cushioning. This saddle is deceptively cushy. The 2 bikes getting these saddles are 100% rigid (no suspension). I just did a 46 mile roadie ride to fine-tune/adjust the saddle(tilt angle, etc) on a new carbon fiber seatpost and was pleasantly surprised. I can highly recommend these seats, be it for a roadie bike or for a mountain bike. By the way: my other saddles (2) are 100% carbon fiber. Not an ounce of padding on those puppies.

eyesight problems but comfy tush
I didn't want to post immediately because I truly believe you have to break in a saddle a little and adjust it a few times. I placed this on my Specialized Epic and noticed it right away. Very comfortable for those of us that prefer a flat saddle with minimal width / sit bones. I have now put about 20 rides on it - nothing major - mostly 5-12 mile rides - but it still feels great. After 150 or so miles it still feels pretty stable. My only real concern is that it is quite soft and if it's that soft it will break down. But at this price point, just get a new one. For this price I figure if I can get 1000 miles before it gets crunched down I'll just keep getting new ones every 1000 miles. Also, one minor OCD thing - the painted arrow on the front is crooked on mine, so it drives you BATTY when trying to adjust / straighten. Please get rid of that white arrow thing for future models - PLEASEUPDATE - After 6 months of riding and about 500 miles the saddle still feels good but I can tell it's getting noticeably thinner as the foam is breaking down. Also, it is starting to tear. This is just as I figured but at this price point it's hard to argue. For these reasons I lowered my review to 4 stars. $15 bucks every 600 miles or so. (see pictures) still not bad. Not ideal, but not bad

As Good as Any
I replaced my Giant Mountain bike saddle with this. The Giant saddle was pretty hard and uncomfortable. This one is better. It has a bit more padding. As saddles go, this one is about as good as any. It is reasonably comfortable but it is a bike saddle so if you sit in it all day your rear will hurt. I ride 6000 miles yearly so I'm familiar with saddle pain. I really like the colors available. It shouldn't matter, but I like that the color matches my bike. The price was very reasonable. I am using this saddle on my mountain bike, but it would be appropriate on a road bike as well.

Long rides, no problem
What a saddle! I replaced an 8 year old specialized body geometry saddle and could not believe the difference! Usually my seat heats up around mile 8 and makes the climbs uncomfortable. I usually ride around 16 miles. I've had this on 3 long rides now with no issues. I'll probably replace my other 2 seats with this same saddle. I should mention I use this mountain biking not on the road.

So far this year with my new seat I have approximately 461 miles and I enjoy this seat
Order the seat for my mountain bike because I put a lot of miles on it during the year. So far this year with my new seat I have approximately 461 miles and I enjoy this seat, it offers a ton of comfort over the stock seat for my old Specialized Hardrock Sport. It keeps pressure off my nerve allowing me to ride farther and it is also long enough so that you can adjust your riding position to your comfort level and to the distance that you are riding. A great buy for me.

Outerdo Bicycle Saddle makes a lot of difference to my comfort level.
For this money this saddle is a massive improvement (comfort-wise) on the one that came with my bike.Almost twice as thick as the original saddle (see attached photos), this makes a lot of difference to my comfort level. The seat came well packaged, with a standard sub-frame that took less than 3 minutes to install, including the time to remove the old seat.I would describe myself as an extremely casual rider, even so the default bike seat would cause some numbness after a while. The added padding supplied by the gel, along with the strategically positioned cut-out have upped my endurance significantly. At sub £10 delivered you can't really go wrong here, but if I encounter anything different after prolonged use I'll update this review.

Worth the money!
Cheap and cheerful saddle, used in conjunction with padded shorts on my road bike for a 45 mile hilly sportive and i was pain free the entire ride. Will be keeping it on my bike. Came complete with waterproof cover and a pedal spanner?! Haha :-)

Fantastic value
This seat is great value at full price let alone the sale price. Very comfortable: it's changed my ride to work! Just make sure you have a quick release seatpost otherwise it'll be nicked in week one!

Cheap, comfy but annoying creaking saddle
I used it on my new £1,500 road racing bike. Surprised why such rather cheap saddle? Well, it felt and still feels more comfortable than what came with the bike. Can't give you any other better reason. There is no good saddle for everyone's bottoms. :) After 4 months intensive use still happy with the saddle. Just some paint and patterns started coming off due to wear off.Revisiting this after a year of use. The saddle actually did not last a year. I rode a lot of miles and its outer casing worn and teared in placed. But most annoying, it starter creaking and squeaking about 8 months. I replaced it but it started creaking again in less than a month from new. Got another replacement which also creaked just after a week. Another return and this time is last one. Creaks are very annoying if the rest of bike is in mint functional condition and "stealthy" quiet. I am changing my rating from 4 stars to 1 as I cannot take any creaks and am looking for another better quality saddle.

Looks great and is fairly comfortable
Fitted to my 18 year old red Brompton. Looks great and is fairly comfortable, less padding than the original (which I like). The only thing I'm not keen on is that the material is a bit gripy, I prefer slip about on the saddle. I might try some clear shoe polish.

Excellent value for money!
Very happy with this saddle. Was bought to replace existing torn one primarily as it looked good, matched the colour scheme of my bike and had a good rating. Not the most comfortable but I don’t think many of this style would be, you’d need a wide saddle for that but a wide one wouldn’t really suit off-road mountain biking. I use mine with a pair of padded shorts and it’s fine.

Not a pain in the backside.
Impressive. I didn't expect too much for the price, but this is definitely a big improvement on the original saddle on my Giant Defy road bike. Can now go for a decent ride and can sit down after too.

Great saddle, highly recommended
Got this for the bike I use to go to work and was really surprised by the great quality and especially the comfort. Works perfectly even on really uneven and bumpy roads. I would definitely buy it again and recommend to everyone

great saddle.
great saddle and very comfortable.I have tried more padding and also recently tried one with a big hole down the middle and less padding which left my ass very sore. This is a great comprimise and is great.

NOT WATERPROOF!
This item is 100% not waterproof. I told Amazon about the misleading product info and pictures when I got my refund. Looks like they've just halved the price and not updated the info... 10/10 Amazon, nice work.
