No. It has a non disclosed amount of retinyl palmitate as the very last ingredient. I would not use this as a retinoid, more a soothing cream for dehydrated areas, especially those caused by wearing masks

No. It contains a very weak ester of retinol, in a very low concentration.

How much of this do I need worried about using it now

You only need to use little bit on tip of finger,as it goes a long way I've not had any problems with it myself.
