Item was as described. Sticks better than some other patches I've used. Are simple to apply and supply expected pain relief.

Works basically as well as prescription-strength patches
My previous medical provider prescribed me a box of 5% lidocaine patches, which gave me decent relief for my episodes of lower back/SI joint muscle pain. Since I no longer have that provider or the same insurance coverage, I sought these out as an over-the-counter alternative.These are the same size and seem to work almost as well as the stronger prescription ones -- with a few caveats. First, these patches are a little flimsier than the prescription ones, so they're harder to apply. They have a tendency to fold over on themselves while you're putting them on and seem to come loose a little more readily. Second, the prescription ones seemed to be over-saturated with lidocaine gel -- as in it was dripping off the patch and kind of messy. These have less gel and are therefore less messy, but maybe also somewhat reduced effects as a result.Finally, it's important to note that both the Rx strength ones and these take some time to work. It's not immediate relief. It's more like ~2-3 hours after you apply them, there's a noticeable reduction in the intensity of pain. Definitely not 100% pain relief, but still helpful as part of your overall "arsenal" of approaches. I've found that 2 patches placed side-by-side on my lower back work best for SI joint issues.

These lidocaine patches are nice and can be used in the full patch or it can be cut. They work great for the purpose I purchased them for.

Adhesive doesn't last more than a few hours
Very disappointed in this lidocaine patch. I've used a few other brands and was excited to try this product because of the price savings. Well in spite of the low price, I'm paying more and getting less. The other brands I've tried held onto my low back throughout an active day, and even had some sticking power beyond day one.Sumifun patches fall off by the end of the day, if I'm lucky. Most days the adhesive gives out within 5 hours. I'm applying on dry, unlubricated skin and I don't perspire.I won't buy these again.

Item works great! Pain subsides after about 30 mins. This works well with the nerve pain.

Stay away from this item (use the "Amazon" version of pain patches)
Do not waste your money on this product ... Amazon will not accept returns. I ordered multiple quantities ..... while I can understand that patches from an already opened box can not be returned (as fewer items than originally in box) ... I am not allowed to return full boxes (per Amazon) (also for any such product, purchase only 1 item, see how you like it, then order more boxes if you like it, never purchase multiple boxes before trying a single box). My best patch recommendation is the "Amazon version" of the patch, has less odor (smell) than this product.
