Terrible quality, doesnt work after 2 weeks of usage
the look and feel of the remote is amazing, the quality of outer casing is amazing. but the remote has stopped working just after 2 weeks of usage, it stops intermittently, we need to push very hard on the buttons for them to work. not recommended for purchase at all as people will struggle to use it

Very similar to the original
I bought two different remote controllers , from different suppliers, and while both are doing the job, this is by far greater quality. Same feeling on using it as with the original one, working smooth and being a great replacement. In fact I use it with 5 different Samsung TV ( some older versions included) and works perfectly. Now I am thinking to change all old style remote controllers I still have for some of the TVs.

Best IR Remote for Samsung Neo QLED
Quality of this IR universal remote is vary good almost equal to original. All buttons are working same as original remote. IR range is very good. The only difference is that the original one is bluetooth. I Purchased it as additional remote to save original. After using few weeks its buttons are not working smoothly. It requires more pressure to work.
