Helps with wrist pain
I love this mouse. My doctor said that griping a mouse all day was irritating my carpal tunnel and this was the way to go and he was right. It was easy to hook up and has two types of connector built in so I can easily change it over to the laptop from the docking station when I travel for work. I also like the light on the side. It has three little feet that keep it from sliding around on the desk and the surface of it is now "slick" so it feels comfortable on my hand too.

I was doubtful at first!, But now its my replacement for my Logitech mousses!
For many years I've purchased Logitech trackball, and when prices were higher than they had previously cost, I noticed this one that looked very similar, and said I'd give it a shot. Glad I did, I've replaced all of my Logitech computer mousses with this one, great value, great price, and Precise ball, another point I like is the ability to adjust the track ball with an included button. Would highly recommend it.

Does not work well with a Raspberry Pi.
Bought this to replace an OLD trackball that doesn't have a scroll wheel that I use on a Raspberry Pi 4. It detected the trackball fine, but for some reason the Pi will only register a button press if I hold the button down for about a half second. At about a half a second later the Pi thinks I've done a LONG click and reacts accordingly. This happens on all the buttons. The mouse movement and scroll wheel work perfectly. I plugged it in to my Windows PC and it works exactly as expected. There's something different about the Pi.Update: I found out that it is possible to use this on a Pi4. It was a bit difficult to find the solution because this is apparently a rare issue with mice and the Pi. The fix for it is to add an argument to the end of the first line of the file /boot/firmware/cmdline.txt. The argument to add is: usbhid.mousepoll=8 (though in this case I believe I had to reduce that to 7). The trackball's clicks register quickly enough that while it might technically be possible to tap the button too quickly, it is highly unlikely for me to do so in everyday use.

I LOVE this mouse. I had a wireless one and needed a wired one. I can’t work with a regular one. This is awesome

Are you thumbing your mouse at me?
I needed a thumb ball mouse because I broke my hands and still had to work. My employer got me one and I bought myself one. The size was a little off, not sure how though. It just didn't completely fit my hand. I adapted and kept using it. Really, the biggest draw back is the cramping you get in your thumb when you use this for hours at a time.Get this if you need a cheap thumb mouse, don't if you want a high quality durable one.
