Nice scooter...inner tube has a big hole
Received knee scooter yesterday. Assembled, added air too tires per instructions. Scooter so far is quiet and smooth to operate. Person who is using it comments “Nice knee scooter”. Few minutes ago the inner tube blew on the front right tire and the bead around the tire is damaged. Which indicates to my husband that tire/inner tube was installed improperly pinching intertube. See attached pictures.

Yay!!! No crutches!
Love, Love, Love, this little scooter. The big knobby wheels make it easy to go outside with. The padding for the knee is a little stiff but nothing worth knocking a star off for. The rolling action is very smooth and the basket is handy for your phone, purse or other small items. My little dog fits in it so he can ride with me. Love it. I don't really use the brakes I just stop it Fred Flintstone style.

The product is well made and comfortable. Turns tightly
Well, let me start by saying I returned this product today. I want to be positive so let's start with the pro's. The product is well made and comfortable. Turns tightly, rolls over door jams, uneven ground, operated well on my lawn. Assembly could be conducted by a well trained ape (easy). Product support from the vendor was quick, if somewhat unhelpful. Now to the con's: The brakes suck. Rubber pads against a plastic wheel rim = no stopping power. Either the pads had to be tighten to a point that the rear wheel was in constant drag mode or the rear wheel set to freewheel and no stopping power. And let's rule out operator error. I took the unit to the local bike shop professionals to let them adjust the brakes and after a $20 fee they told me not to go down hill on this thing...the brake is a basic bike style hand operated clamping unit which seems to be the standard with many other Amazon sold all terrain units. The front end steers sharply but would often get stuck when turning to right. There is a bottom placed hand tightened star bolt which holds the two halves of the unit together...it often loosened during operation and would fall out. I'm looking for a better unit now....

It is easy to maneuver thru a house or outside.
I loooove my scooter. Buy it!!! Small learning curve on balance and turning. Then its just easy and fun. Its easy to get around on, you can sit on it when you get where you’re going. Or prop your leg up on it when you sit on something else. The basket comes in real handy too.

PARKING BREAK SUCKS, Customer Service did not respond, period.
My husband bought scooter for me after a 3-break ankle injury with surgery. Pros: very cushy knee pad, knobby wheels really grip hard surfaces, basket size was great. Sturdy construction on frame. CONS: Parking break sucks. When using parking break, couldn't use the scooter to help get up from seated position without scooter lurching forward. Also, instructions clearly state "DO NOT walk backwards while using Knee Walker." Well how the hell are you supposed to turn around and why wasn't that on the Amazon webpage for product??? Turning radius is very good but very unstable/tippy in tight turns.Would never have bought the scooter if I'd known that backwards wasn't an option, seeing as my narrow bathroom won't allow turns or me to hop around scooter to get to toilet. 12 days later. the right handle for brake SNAPPED OFF, leaving me with 1 usable hand break. MOST OF ALL IS THE COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TO MY 1ST EMAIL. Can't even get a replacement brake as no one responds. Do yourself a favor, get a 4-wheeled scooter and not from this company.

Mixed feelings
I really liked the idea of the large wheels that i could inflate to my desire. I was hoping to use this in the field when i coached. However, this needs four wheels. While i am not graced with balance even with two good legs, pushing with the good leg and balncing on the “bad” leg cause the walker to tip, nearly throwing me down a small embankment on the way to the field. Easy to put together though the brakes were on constant no matter what adjustments I made. (I used to build bikes, so i know how to adjust brakes) i would not reccomend this if you will be on uneven surfaces, even surfaces, would work out great!

More stability and comfort
Used the old style before with hard wheels and flipped it all the time. This one is great for uneven terrain and carpet. Being this will be used for a few months I’m glad to have an easy to use and take down scooter!
