Maintaining dignity while incontinent !
This product beats the same Poise product. As an elder & cancer patient, for me, incontinency requires daily personal hygiene & constant repeated attention throughout my days. I prefer Always Discreet to maintain my dignity. It does the trick ! I'm grateful.

Great coverage
I’ve suffered from interstitial cystitis for over 30 years. This is an extremely painful condition for which there is no cure, only treatment.I feel I'm still too young to use diapers because I'm not incontinent.I do use several creams to cover the pain around the vulva and these pads serve as coverage so mypanties won’t get stained. When the pain is extremely severe and the pills don't help with the cystitis and the severe pain that it causes, I have to have a “cocktail” of several medications inserted into my bladder through acatheter. When I started this treatment it was very helpful. After several years, after I get the treatments done I must lie down for two hours because my bladder starts spasming and the medicine leaks out. This is where I've found that the pads come in helpful. There are times I have to wear two at a time because the medicine will seep through. I also like that they are long enough to cover me well.I've had a few instances in which, if I need to urinate and I waited too long, I’d probably leak a little. So, I don't really worry, because I know I'm well protected.I've been purchasing this same brand and the size No 7 because it truly helps in my condition.Perhaps you wont need them a size 7 long, but whatever works for you, I highly recommend these pads, without question.!
H**!
The LOOKS of these pads were disappointing- but the PERFORMANCE is unbelievable!
I am writing to cancel my return of this item. When I first saw them, they looked merely like the mini-pads that young girls use to use when first menstruating- not seasoned (aka- RUINED) incontinent mothers of many whose bladders have been used like a trampoline and who have been taking diuretics for years to boot!).In my formerly STINGING review, I bitterly described these pads as an insult, not justified by their higher cost for SURE! I had actually tried ONE and found it only slightly puffed in the middle, forgetting that it had only been worn for a short period of time ( this is the "7 drop" size). However, I'm a fair person, and, positing that I couldn't return an open package for resale, determined to use this product so that I could justify spending SIXTY-ONE dollars for these innocent looking "droplet-pads".With every pad used I was more impressed and confounded! I am even using them to SLEEP in! SO liberating!!!!!Now, when I am away from my home for an extended period of time ( doctors offices, shopping, dining and Church. These pads are LIFE-ALTERING!Now I DO have some questions- I'm concerned about the deodorant aspect and the filling itself. I am VERY prone to UTI's and if I get one, while using these pads- the honeymoon may be over.... so PLEASE don't cut corners and recognize the fragility of many of your users.I am going to recommend these pads to all of the women in my "Widows Group"- please keep up the quality of this item.

Super absorbent
The product is a long, highly absorbent pad that soaks up an amazing amount of liquid. They stick well, but could be a bit stronger to stay in place with motion. For overnight they work great, not sure how well they would do for an active day as we have not used them for that. These pads are very highly absorbent and keep the wearer from feeling wet. Dont try to cut them for a smaller pad, the absorbent material inside is loose and will fall out. I may have tried this.A long pad that stays in place while sleeping with highly absorbent properties.

Pads
Great experience, just what I needed

I feel greatly misled by all of these positive reviews
TLDR Version: Only buy these pads if you prefer extremely scented pads which hold the smallest of dribbles. Otherwise, you will be disgustingly drenched. So I have a regular incontinence pad that I use, which I always order in bulk on Amazon. My regular shipment was delayed which usually means lost or damaged. So I ordered these in replacement as I needed a supply stat. Even though these were about $20 more for approximately the same amount, the reviews were phenomenal and even stated that these felt so much thinner and held just as much as the thicker counterparts. That was my only complaint about my fave pad of the bunch was the thickness so I thought this might just be a good score. But OHHH WAS I WRONG!Firstly, these have a VERY strong scent to them. I'm not particularly sensitive to scents, but when I opened up the box the perfumey smell was overwhelming. My house still smells of that scent a day later.Secondly, I don't see how these could ever be classified as incontinence pads unless they are of the 2-3 variety and not the "ultimate 7". I often have those bursts many of us experience. Mine usually come in the evening just before bed. So I can usually get away with a lighter pad during the day, but definitely need a 7 in the evening hours. When I opened the pad, I could tell it was definitely thinner, but I wasn't too worried given all of the positive reviews regarding the quality. Things were fine during the day, until that first little burst (dang you, SNEEZE!). And there it went. It held absolutely NOTHING. Here I was, working the night shift, and I had just soaked through my scrub pants. WTH?! I was mortified. I had extra pants with me and changed and continued on my shift with a new pad. Then...another burst. And yes, my friends, another completely soaking through my pants. I couldn't believe it! I cleaned myself up and changed AGAIN and thankfully those were my only two bursts of the night so I could actually work my shift. After getting back home, I've never moved so quickly to leave a review on a product.I will never wear these pads in the evening or overnight again. They will work for me during the morning hours just as basic pantyliner style protection. Otherwise, they're useless and a complete waste of money.
