We bought these for our 2010 Cadillac SRX. Once i found instructions, they were pretty easy to program. Just time comsuming. WE bought several so we have backups.

This is not a bad replacement. Looks great feels great. Does not have the Cadillac emblem on the back of the fob The programming was OK. The instructions were a little convoluted, but the fob after several attempts is now working with all the functionality.

We lost on fob, and I found this one on Amazon. I followed the instructions - and honestly got a little nervous as my 2013 SRX screen never came on during the programming. The new remote immediately worked the doors - but not the ignition. Then my original remote didn't work either. I didn't panic - as I saw others had similar issues - so I waited out the 15 min computer reset - then tried the new remote again. SUCCESS! - it works perfectly. That just saved me $270 from Caddie for a new remote. I don't have the key cut I don't see the need, as in the 7 years I've owned the car I have literally never used that. I'm going to buy 1 more replacement now - to keep my one original key in reserve. I'll miss that caddie logo - but for $270 I'm not sure I need it.... :)

Used twice and now battery dead. Putting case back together when inserting the safety key it kept popping open. Buttons on front fell out. Total Junk!!!

Dealer tried to convince me that if I bought this and it didn't work, which was likely, I'd have to pay them twice for labor. -taking the cost from 575 to almost 800. Well I bought their story once and went with dealer 's cost to replace, So i needed another one --again--and someone told me they bought the fob and it worked.And it does work. watch the video how to pair it. Dead battery caused 45 minutes of wasted time. This is a quality key fob could have been 5 stars. The company can surely decide to put in a working battery or sell without battery. (I am not the first to complain about the battery) It would increase the star rating if I knew I needed a battery from the start of programming. Programming is very easy with a working battery, so if you are having trouble check your battery it could save a lot of wasted time.
