Very effective
I have a scale that measures hydration. Even though I drink plenty of water, my hydration level has been low. I have been on these trace minerals for a week, and my hydration level has been going up consistently since taking them. It's a great product!

No "icky" taste
I like that this product doesn't have a bad taste. In fact, I don't taste it at all when I add it to water. I also like that it contains so many trace minerals that are lacking in our food supply today.

Dosage is important
I like this product. I use it to remineralize my reverse osmosis water. I've tried trace minerals, and mayu previously and this is comparable with those products. Dosage is always a little confusing with these products. I see alot of these reviews saying that the drops taste bad. I think that's because people are using a serving of drops (2mL) in indiscriminate amounts of water. I couldn't find clear dosing instructions on the bottle or website so I emailed customer service. Their instructions were "We recommend putting 1ml in 24-32 ounces of water." People may consider asking if there is a 2mL maximum dose per day. Taking too many minerals is a health concern. There are DRAs for alot of these minerals. If you follow the dosing instructions you should not experience any foul taste. I hope this helps!

If anyone else has been personally victimized by these… I’m starting a support group
Boy oh boy, what a weekend we’ve had. I’ll start by admitting this one’s on me — I didn’t really read the instructions. Gave it 3 stars… because it probably is good for you, but took 2 stars away because it took us BOTH out. A couple months back I installed a reverse osmosis water system and thought, “Hey, I should probably add minerals back in… maybe that’s why I’ve been so tired.” Between the microplastics, the hard Florida tap water, my Jewish roots telling me to stop wasting money on bottled water, and my inner environmentalist, I figured I was doing something good for my body. Fast-forward to this little bottle of doom sitting on my counter for weeks because, you know, ADHD. Finally, I say “screw it,” and start adding a few drops to my water. It says 2mL a day — I went for one. Just eyeballed it like a pro. Hours later, my stomach starts making noises I’ve never heard before, and I’m making facial expressions my girlfriend has definitely never seen. Long story short, I became one with the toilet that night and downplayed it to her. I was feeling it all weekend — not awful, but definitely not normal. Nauseous really drained and dehydrated, just blah .Sunday rolls around, and my girlfriend says she needs to drink more water. Me, in my infinite wisdom, go, “Babe, I’ve got the perfect mix for you.” Lemon juice, water, and a few drops of these same trace minerals. We were going to a Tattoo Convention that afternoon and entering my leg sleeve that ended up winning. Hours into walking around and after all the contest stuff, she suddenly says, “I really need to go to the bathroom.” It’s only been a couple months into our relationship, so bathroom talk isn’t exactly something we’re casual about. I figured maybe it was still the sandwhiches we had Friday or something ..She came back acting somewhat fine, and we didn’t bring it up again. Then last night we sat down and started piecing everything together. That’s when she finally told me what really happened at the convention… let’s just say she had to change out of a piece of clothing in that bathroom. At that moment, everything clicked — I told her how I accidentally posioned us, and I knew my Monday morning was about to be a disaster. Sure enough, I woke up with the plague. After drinking that same “healthy” water all day, my stomach had officially declared war. I took my weenie dog out for a walk, feeling hopeful — and made it back inside by the skin of my teeth, running in my orthopedic boot like it was the Olympic trials, lunging his poop bag through my back door so I can have my own pleasurable time on the throne. So yeah — lesson learned. Read the instructions. Start slow. And if you’re in a new relationship… maybe don’t share your wellness experiments until you’ve both signed a waiver.
