Very effective. I’ve seen a difference in my digestive health.

Sickness after sickness I decided to research the best probiotics. Although this one doesn’t come up stating it’s the best, it has all the strains myself and my family needed. We have gone from back to back illness to having one mild cold over a 4 month period. (Both children young in nursery settings). It’s the best & I highly recommend. Both children 1 and 3 years eat it off the spoon and chew it into a sweet texture. Doesn’t have much of a taste. Can add into yogurt and you wouldn’t even know :)

I’ve been using Bio360 OptiGUT-C daily for a couple of weeks now. It’s a powder with 15 billion live cultures, plus inulin, prune extract, calcium & magnesium. What I like: 1. Helps reduce bloating and general discomfort after meals. 2. Easy to mix into breakfast yoghurt/smoothies — no awful taste. 3. Vegan & free from common allergens, which is great. What I don’t like so much: 1. Needs to be taken for several days before you really feel the effects. 2. Cost is a bit high compared to simpler probiotic powders. Overall: Good product if you want something more substantial than just probiotics alone. Would recommend especially for those with sensitive digestion or who prefer powders over capsules.

Hello, I am happy to give, "Natures Aid, NutriGUT-C," a five stars rating. I feel my digestive tract has much improved, taking this product, after only a few days. I am also happy that," Natures Aid," have included in this formula, magnesium. I believe that the health benefits of magnesium included in this formula, works synergistically with this probiotic's fifteen billion good, microbiotic bacteria. I particularly like the fact that this supplement is in a powder form. I take three teaspoons of this probiotic, each day, with some water. I find that this probiotic powder, has a pleasant taste. I would also like to point out that when taking a probiotic, it has to be taken with cold drinks, or for example, sprinkled in yoghurt. The reason for this is, that hot drinks such as tea or coffee, will destroy the good bacteria in such a product as this. It would be wise to leave at least an hour to pass after taking a probiotic, before taking any hot liquids. I fully recommend this product. Please see my image of my, "NutriGUT," bottle and its box. Easy to take as no taste, good value for money, feel like my digestion has improved.

I bought this for my little girl as she has really been struggling with constipation. The powder is very pleasant to take and easy to use. My daughter is happy to take it straight off the spoon, but it could easily be mixed into other foods if necessary. It is working beautifully as well, on only a teaspoon a day, her tummy is now settled and working as it should!

Too early to tell you about health benefits so 4 not 5 stars but I like the fact there's no taste. Some people commented they find it a wee bit gritty. I guess it is a bit. But I find, if mixed in with a bit of milk / smoothie etc and give it another stir between each mouthful then drink quickly the amount sinking to bottom is drastically minimised so you don't really notice then. It's not an unpleasant grittyness anyway as it's tasteless. It's great for use at home but obviously not as convenient as capsules if away, you might want some capsules to keep in as well for that reason. Don't need to keep in fridge. I've not had any probiotics for ages so first 2 days only my tummy was a wee bit upset but that's completely normal response in the circumstances and has settled down now. Over all glad I tried it, although shame only 3 strains - but food price if on a low income - and if I notice any particular health benefits or side effects will get back to you...

Arrives on time each time I order. Great value what else can I say.

Will use it more frequently to see if it makes a difference.
