Great Japanese candy snack. Wife says it tastes better than the cheaper ones I bought before

I was surprised how little the candies are but there is quite a lot of candy. They are super yummy, they aren’t too hard so when you bite them they melt in your mouth. It was pretty expensive but for the quality and amount of product it was worth it.

I realized after i bought these that I paid $25 per lb and ouch, thats a lot. But this candy is a favorite of mine and I cant find it anywhere else so when i eventually run out, i will probably order it again. Well packaged, good product.

The flavor is good, not strong, but reminds me of another American made candy.I was first interested in this when I saw a Japanese anime series with this candy present, so I decided to order it. It took longer than expected to arrive, but I am still working on the first bag... as there is a lot in them.

Fed these to my soot sprites. They were delicious.

I just like shoveling these little things in my mouth. They’re really crunchy and perfect at 3am. The bag kind of exploded when I ripped it open so be careful.

Was hoping to make Easter gifts for 50 people by putting the konpeito into little 3oz jars. I thought buying 2 packs would be enough. So disappointed upon opening. These are not “big” bags at all. It’s not clear in the detail but it’s 1kg total for both bags, not each. $70 for 2 of these bags is such a rip off and it’s not eligible for refunds. And I bought 2 sets!
