Perfect companion for your GoPro for diving
This flash took my GoPro 13 diving videos from “okay” to “wow” instantly. Underwater lighting is no joke, but this little light cuts through dark, murky water better than anything I’ve used before. The colors actually show up the way you see them on the dive, and the details are incredibly sharp. I wasn’t sure how sturdy it would be on longer dives, but it didn’t budge. No leaks, no flicker, no shifting around — it just does its job. It’s solid, but still lightweight enough that it doesn’t mess with how the camera handles. I also love that it has multiple modes — light, bright, and even an SOS setting. Super handy and way more versatile than I expected. Battery life is strong, and I can adjust everything easily, even with dive gloves on. This little powerhouse completely upgraded my underwater footage. If you’re diving with a GoPro 13, don’t hesitate. This flash is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

Well made. Bright. Great design.
I bought this to attach to my skydiving helmet to use during night jumps. After I open my parachute, I switch on this light to illuminate my parachute. This helps identify issues (as needed), and it also looks cool so others can see me flying around. Oh yeah, that's for safety too, so we don't crash into each other in the dark. It's bright, fairly lightweight, very well designed and built well. I like that I can use a GoPro mount with it! I can see this coming in handy on my tractor, for plowing at night, as well as in other applications. Good stuff. I will likely buy more. I guess I took the word diving literally.

Nice light, brighter than the 3 LED version with 2 batteries
I bought this and the 3 larger LEDs model of the same brand that houses 2 batteries. The light of this 16 LED model appears brighter and better / more uniform quality. But the other light lasts twice as much on a charge. I used these on a dive. I am not sure if I'd buy again the 2 battery model as this one is more portable, smaller and provides better lighting. The 2 battery model although could be useful in an emergency or when bright light is needed for more than 90 minutes. 2 batteries do not make it brighter just last longer. Anyway this works fine, easy to charge via USB cable, nice and compact. Not superbright as some torches, but at the same time lighting is uniform without hot spot in the center. Wide enough.

Good starter
For fairly close work, fairly good. But after 3 feet they just don't have the punch of big boy lights. But for the price you get a LOT. I got my value out of the light by learning what the limitations of the lighting really is. For the price, great light. For lighting a room inside a wreck with an older GoPro, even 2 are not going to have the power needed. Lighting the inside of an ammo can a foot away, they do good. Now for the extra bonus, they are rated for 147'. They go deeper just fine. I did multiple dives in the 150-200' range with them. Neither one had any issue. They still turned on and off just like they should. Not even a depth related button jamming that I would accept for running them well past there rated depth. I thought I would probably kill at least one, but no, they live. Battery life is pretty good as well, better than the GoPro. Run them hard and the light output will just fade. I ran one super long just to see what it would do, it dimmed down to the low output but never went out. Recharged back up just fine. They don't compare to a real high power video light, but they are a good starter and will help you learn what the light needs to do and what it can't do. For the price, they are a good value. Next step, spend a grand on big lights, naw, not going to happen anytime soon. Keep using these lights and live with the limitations.

Total Trash!! Works until you actually use it.
This product is TRASH!! Do not waste your money if planning to use it under water or even near water. This is NOT water tight despite the misleading look and feel. They even use grease on the inside and around the battery connections, but upon first use, water made its way into not only the back where the battery compartment is, but also into the front lens where the led lights are. We took this snorkeling at a depth of less than 3 feet and we didn’t even get a change to use it as it immediately failed upon the first use in the water. Since it was salt water, the cheap metal inside is also totally corroded after that first leak and the cheap plastic lens is permanently clouded and stained from the salt water. The crappy imported grease they used washed off and also made its way into the front lens hosing. Find another product. Unfortunately for us we are after our return window as we bought this for our summer vacation. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Wide angle, even light
Compact, wide angle light. Photos Left to Right are Standard GoPro Light Mod with diffuser, GoPro light without diffuser, the rate Suptic 36 LED diving light, and the combination of the rated Suptic light with the GoPro light mod without diffuser. All shot with GoPro on a tripod 10-ft from a target wall using the 16-34 mm wide angle lens setting with 1x zoom, 1/1,000 sec, and white balance set to Native. Lux values were 3 Center and 0 lux at edge of frame for the GoPro with diffuser, 26 center and 0 edge for the GoPro without diffuser, 30 lux center and 0 lux at edge for the rated Suptic light, and 45 lux center and 1 lux at the edge for both lights together. Much easier and more practical to mount than the GoPro light mode, which requires either the waterproof housing or the Media mod housing, the latter of which requires partial disassembly and renders the assembly non-waterproof. The light throw pattern would probably be a good match for the Linear lens setting, and compared to the GoPro, brighter, more even, longer battery life, one third the cost (including the GoPro housings), and easier to mount, although slightly more more bulky. The two lights can be used together to produce a pleasing center-weighted light pattern.

Sistema sencillo y eficaz
