The only thing that works is the power supply. The graphics card plugins aren't working, no power from to the wired keyboard or mouse (as they aren't lighting up). We tried reseating everything as we know it's common problem after shipping sometimes reseating will fix it. This was a horrible decision that is going to cost me more money to get a professional to come check it out and see if something is faulty, nevermind the extra fan that was just loose inside the case. I'm not going to criticize the equipment but whoever the seller is. I know all the fancy lights work, but nothing else.

Happy with the performance and shipping of the item with a couple of caveats No matter what I try... I am unable to customize the color of the fans with the included apps, apps I've downloaded or with any assistance from CoolerMaster. I've called their tech support/customer service phone number on different days and different times during their prescribed hours and no one ever answers. Their customer service does not exist. I also sent an e-mail requesting assistance and it was never returned. Good Build, no customer service at all. I really wanted to believe this aspect of other customer's reviews wasn't true but sadly it was.

Works as described could not be more happy with the performance of this gaming pc it blows me away at how good this thing runs. Now I rarely use my gaming console because I cannot beat the performance. Not to mention this is a good starter pre-build kit for someone just getting into gaming or just desktop computers in general. And it makes it super easy to interchange components when wanting to upgrade piece by piece.

The PC is solid enough and seemed built well/ran well, but essentially was falsely advertised. Be careful if ordering the 4070 Super model, be sure to check in the system itself. Mine is a standard 4070. I’m returning it due to this.

We've been looking to replace our home computer for the past couple of years but with the price of computers jumping significantly we have put off buying one. I started looking again recently to see if prices have dropped and I found this computer and until then I've only known Cooler Master for their heat mitigating products which I've used for years. For the price this computer is pretty loaded with quality components. The computer arrived extremely well packaged with several inches of rigid foam and not a bit of damage to either the box or the computer. Setup was a breeze and the wifi card connected immediately without issue.

The media could not be loaded. I’m giving one star for Non existent customer service. For an $1500 gaming pc it should have desktop support. Luckily if you have IT knowledge you can fix the issues. Not plug and play at all. The Operating system came with windows 11 and it was corrupted. I had to uninstall it then reinstall it and the package it came with, which was Norton (not activated), thought programs being installed were viruses. I called their customer service for 8 days straight and sent emails, nothing. No one ever answered the phones. I had to clear the system and install windows 10, which fixed the issues. Visual C++ wouldn’t update or install, windows 11 wouldn’t update. It’s decent for iRacing, assetto corsa competizione and F1 2024. I purchased this for the rtx 4070.

PC was well packaged. However, the PC did not come fully powered as only the CPU fan was the only one that lit up and was working. It took a lot of time to google why this might be the case, reading message boards, and finally googling fan hub mechanism after opening the case and finding out that the SATA connector was not connected to the hub. Seems very minor so thats why its getting 4 stars for the inconvenience of having to diagnose the issue - my PC arrived on a saturday evening so it was a hard ask to wait for the weekend to be over to get in contact with coolermaster support as they are only open on weekdays.
